Recommend highly for a cdl holder. Got a ticket in Brazoria county and Andrew was the only lawyer that would take my case in that county. Got my ticket reduced and I was satisfied with the results. I’m a busy person but Andrew handled mostly everything I didn’t even have to show up for court.

These CDL laws are BS in the first place but when u pay somebody to fight and get ticket reduced or dismissed and they tell you sorry court doesn’t do dismissals (i already knew that ) then it becomes a BS scam. The truth of the matter is do not listen to anybody that tells you they can get ticket dismissed. You can do all this your self without paying 250.00 - 500.00 call and ask if they won’t work with you set it for trail if you can’t be there then jus pay the ticket both of these ways will still be cheaper than hiring a attorney who already knows they can’t get a plea deal. or learn the hard way as I did......

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I got a speeding ticket because I was driving 30 miles above the limit. I was going 80 in a 50. I called on Owsley and Associates to pretty much represent me and help me with some options. I never expected to get it dismissed! But that's what these guys were able to do. Michael was very helpful in keeping me updated with everything and making sure he reminded me when my court date was. It was very professional. Ruby was very helpful as well. I called several times in the morning before Michael was actually there and got in touch with Ruby. She doesn't really work with traffic tickets, but she made sure my messages made their way to Michael. She is very nice and sweet. And of course, the lawyer was phenomenal! My ticket got dismissed after all. I never really bother writing reviews, in fact, this is my very first one. But I had such a positive experience with these guys. I strongly recommend them.

They are really friendly over the phone but like the person below mentioned.. They don't help.. I Literally contacted them because another attorney referred them because he didn't work that county. After calling calling them I was told to fill out some forms and email them back.I did so and never received a call or email back. After a couple days I decided to go down to their office and do business face to face. My first impression was amazement. The office is a pig stye. Literally! The office clerk had to move paintings and books off the waiting room chairs. Customers info and private case info is all over the place! All the furniture looks like they found it on the streets. Horrible first impression! After finally speaking to someone i was told he had no Idea where my emailed info was and if i could fill everything out again. It shocked me because the "missing" email had my credit card info enclosed.I filled everything out and promptly left. After about another month of hearing nothing and my card never being charged i simply lost hope and have moved on. Find another attorney... thats all the advice i have... They must have some type of big income from someone because they are not concerned about everyday people.

They answer the phone and that is all you will get. You better find someone else or take care of your own business because tickets are an extortion machine. This is what I did after I checked their complaints, they are incompetent to do anything right. Take care Michael I paid my own ticket, life goes on and I can't wait for you.

I owed over $2,800.00 for 9 charges in the Galveston County ranging from Speeding, Drug Paraphernalia, Registration and multiple Failure to Appears. I had been dealing with a string of back luck and financial difficulty which kept me from taking care of these charges. I was looking to turn my life around after recently being engaged so I hired Owsley's office and figured they could work out a payment structure for me while dismissing my charges and taking the holds of my license. Turns out in LESS THAN A WEEK, Owsley's office dismissed ALL 9 of my charges and all I had to pay was a $270.00 fee to take all 9 of the DPS holds off my license. Unbelievable! I wish I could hire this office for all of my legal issues!

They will take your money and do the bare minimum to help you out.

I received a speeding ticket in Texas I thought was questionable, but I live in another state. I contacted Owsley and paid them $145 for representation. They estimated that I might have to pay an additional $200 in court costs, which I was prepared for.

After not hearing from them for a month after my court date, I finally called them. They said they had no news for me and would contact me.

Turns out that during this period Owsley had represented me in court and pleaded no contest, getting me a deferred disposition. They basically did no work. After doing this, they made no attempt to call or email me. The only contact I received was a letter from the court asking me to pay $300! Due to a complicated mailing situation, this letter never even got to me.

I only found out what was going on when Owsley called me three months later when the court contacted them and told them I had not paid. A warrant would be put out and the ticket would go on my record. !?!?!? Owsley never even contacted me to tell me to pay.

I resolved it by calling the court up and figuring out what was going on and paying the court $300. When I called Owsley, I was helped by a wet-behind-the-ears intern who was friendly but had no idea what was going on and was clearly a little lost.

They never attempted to defend or represent me. Sooo frustrating.
