So far the experience has been very good. Our case is complex as well as unfair with regard to creditors. However, the attorneys, paralegal and office staff respond quickly, listen and are very careful with what they say and the tone they use to say it in.

They were very helpful during my consultation when considering filing and explained the process throughout proceedings while I was filing. I'm 3 years in and every time I have had a question I have NEVER been able to get the person assigned to my case or any other person that can answer my questions on the phone. Not once. They are paid through the filing to assist their clients THROUGH OUT the duration and I feel like I have a better report and can get more information from my trustee than I can my attorney's office. This is not how things should work.

The attorney we had was rude, minimal response to emails and lack of communication. Will not use them again or even recommend them.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL TOWARDS THE LAST 6 MONTHS OF MY CASE WHEN ONE OF THE FIRM'S COURT ATTORNEYS DECIDES TO MISTAKENLY LECTURES ME ONLY HOW NOT TO SEND MY PAYMENTS IN THE DAY BEFORE IT'S DUE. WELL, THE BIG EMBARRASSING PROBLEM WITH THAT UNSOLICTED ADVICE IS I HAD BEEN PAYING THRU THE ELECTRONIC DEBIT PAYMENT SYSTEM FOR OVER A YEAR WHICH DID NOT ALLOW MY PAY DATES TO BE CONSIDERED LATE. OBVIOUSLY HE WAS NOT UP TO DATE ON THIS CLIENT'S ACTIONS AND CONFUSING ME WITH ANOTHER! SECONDLY, THE JUDGE CHASTISED HIM FOR NOT HAVING A BACKUP PLAN OF ACTION FOR ME AS HIS CLIENT AND HE WAS NOT ABLE TO GIVE THE JUDGE AN ANSWER AT ALL! (P.S.-AFTER I POSTED THIS REVIEW I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE SAME ATTORNEY WHO REPRESENTED ME TO CONFRONT ME ABOUT MY REVIEW. SO, BEWARE! )

I could not think of a better team to represent me if I ever find myself in need of such services again. The whole team worked in unity,, they showed me respect as well as empathy. Their professional approach and delivery of service left nothing to be desired.
