We wasted over a year with this firm. At the end, we ended up dealing directly with the insurance company ourselves, and we found out through the insurance company that this firm had done so little, if anything, for my dad's claim that we could have done all that on our own. Total misrepresentation if my case. Ann was the case handler. She was terrible. No correspondence, would not return phone calls for weeks at a time. Mr Barber might help if he has the gumption. I spoke with him a whopping 6 times in 2.5 years....waited and suffered. This is the worst law firm u have ever experience...a lack if communication, effort or care for the client whatsoever. I am disgusted and appalled at the fact. They make me sick. I waited and suffered unnecessarily for 2.5 years and all they could muster up was 2200.00 in two and a half years......I dont know how they sleep at night....I guess snakes have no problem slerping

If u want bad representation settling lawyers or lose ur case then use them. They never viewed scene of accident or my totalled car. A trash truck back up at red light hit me. My car was knocked dead from fist impact. He pulled foward backed up again and rammed me once more. Left the scene .... The Lawyer i was choosing recommended them. Once the opposing side made minimal offer they wanted that $60 grand which they claimed the offer was 50,000 at signing.They used every tactic to make me feel like I was not worthy to my peers on the jury one mainly( being African Amer.) and having a most like majority white jury. All this was two months or less from a wait of almost 3 yr trail date. I was devastated. Had not been been able to work. I have 3 herniated disk in my back and 2 in my neck my car was tottalled. I had bills and debts galore and needed surgery to help or repair disks. The pain is still on going. There was no medical compensation. The trauma and disappointment even still is there. They gave ultimatum take offer or they was stepping down actually to make it real they filed the papers to step down make this late decision to the money and not go to trial. It was too late I could not mentally or financially start over with someone else. and I had to accept before the dead line. I was left with no choice but take
Not mention they pretty much took all the money giving me $15 ,000. Of the 60,000paying their self more than me and didnt do anything for me. Not even played off all debts for the three years i was suffering and could not work. I probably should have we nt to Lawyer board but was so broken just trying to forget. Don't want anyone else to go thru this. So hopefully some in similar situation sees in time for new rep. Because they are Vultures with no conscious.
