The one word that comes to mind when I think of Julia Bancroft is, Angel. She was with me and my family when we were at the lowest of lows. She worked with us and educated us on all the processes. I would recommend her to anyone in need of her services. She is caring, open and supportive. Most importantly she cares about the children and their best interest. She has a staff that is just as wonderful.
