I am so thankful I found The West Law Office. A little over 2 months after moving to Houston from NY I was in an accident a day after Hurricane Harvey hit. Not only was I emotionally stressed after experiencing such a traumatic storm but then having to deal with the stress of my car getting hit I had no hope I thought the people who had hit my car would get away with it. It was a hard time especially since everyone was in havoc after the hurricane. They were very patient with me and absolutely understanding when ever I called about my concerns. Renee went above and beyond to helping solving my case when I thought all hope was lost. Sue is such an amazing person very kind and genuine individual, shortly later Yannuba entered the team and she was very warm and welcoming with any questions I had. I do not know what I would have done if it had not been The West Law Office handling my case, they completely handled everything. My wife, mom and son have each had a case with this office. We never used anyone else. My wife was hit by an 18 wheeler and was really hurt, they got her all the help she needed! I had a good experience with them in the beginning. As time progressed, less and less of my phone calls were being returned. I tried to get in contact with the particular person who was working with me and they unprofessionally told the receptionist that they weren't there. Their showmanship is appalling. I would not reccomend this law firm to anyone who wants to be treated as a human being.

Update: After posting my original review, I finally received word from them via mail. It took me giving them a bad review to get an answer. Yanubba is extremely unprofessional. If you still choose to work with this law firm, avoid working with her at all costs. It will save you a lot of stress and unanswered questions.

Sue and her team took excellent care of my case making sure that I was able to focus on my healing rather than having to deal with insurance companies.
