They are absolutely FANTASTIC. My husband was arrested and New Braunfels Bail Bonds refused to help stating, "WE DON'T DO DISABLED PEOPLE." Needless to say, I was in tears when I called AAA Bail Bonds. Immediately, they reassured me that everything was going to be okay and walked me through the process. They were extremely patient when I had to keep postponing going to get him released due to having no ride.

Then, on the date I was ablebto get him out, they had the paperwork ready, explained everything, and quickly submitted it to the jail. They explained bit all to my husband as well and reassured us that they would keep us informed of any court dates, AND to top evrrything, their system for reporting weekly via phone, text, or app makes reporting easy and stress free.

Great people fast response

Excellent service, fast, and clean environment

Lack of communication between the different lady's that work opposite shifts, misplaced paper work and failed to take proper notes to inform other employees about the situation, and then was rude to my wife due to there own lack of communication to one another.

So, I had a difficult situation that the folks at AAA handled very professionally. Not only were they polite, they were fast AND they didn’t try and gouge me because it was a difficult deal like the other Bondsman I called around to tried to do. Thanks so much guys, especially Keely!
