Obviously the negative reviews posted here are confusing this law firm with a different firm with a similar name. Mike Treece and his associates are 100% top notch! They are fair, approachable and down to earth and they get results - in our case 100% of the time. They have handled several lawsuits, legal situations and mediation for our homeowners association with positive results each and every time. We are glad they are our legal team! We know we are in good hands.

My experience was also that this firm is shady, dishonest and questionable in their practices at best.

If they spent half as much time trying to solve my problem as they did making it worse, we'd all be in a much better spot. Maybe making problems worse means they get to bill more? I wouldn't know.

I was forced to report them to the state attorney general. Avoid this firm at all costs. They are horrible to deal with as is evident by this chain of reviews.

Their response here further demonstrates their willingness to stretch truth to a level that I believe reaches the level of dishonesty. I welcome you to judge for yourself but would never personally recommend this firm for any services to anyone.

This place is terrible, the woman in front called me a liar because someone there told me something different on the phone! I don't care if she was authorized to say it, she said it!

I called to get a total owed to a homeowners association so I could close on my home and I was treated so rudely by the staff. Terrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend this company to any one in our area. If you are treated this way by the secretaries there is no telling what goes on in other areas of the company.....Seek other firms

Handling John O'Quinn's estate and owes me 91,000 dollars. I have a signed settlement from O'Quinn but Treece won't pay me my money and interest. Gerald Treece is a thief just like John O'Quinn.
