James Tittle is a hard worker with an affinity for winning at what matters. He obviously studied and bothered to learn the code to help fight the filing of fraudulent leans on property. Going through the Hurricane Harvey clean up and restoration was quite an ordeal! We found a lien had been fraudulently filed by an out-of state contractor on our home. I found little help through the real estate pros. and couldn't find a source of expertise on the matter. I talked to numerous attorneys, finding little interest.
