Dan is an awesome attorney. He was always available either by phone, text or email. He always got back to me within a couple hours. There was never a time that I had to keep calling him to see what was happening with my case & he never made any moves without consulting me & making sure I was ok with the next steps. More importantly he wasn't one of those lawyers who just wants to send you to see his "friends" for medical visits & physical therapy. Hopefully I never have to use him again but I would in a heartbeat.

I was involved in a car accident that put me in the hospital for around five days. In the beginning I thought I could handle the paperwork and pursue on my own. However, it became quite complicated since Medicare was involved.

Robert was very helpful and followed up with me every step of the way. It did take longer than I had anticipated but again due to Medicare issues. The case was finally closed recently. Monetary compensation received for injuries was considerably more than I had anticipated thanks to my lawyer.
