I can’t express just how fortunate I am that Thomas Locke defended me in criminal court.
I am an Asian immigrant with limited ability to communicate in English and was wrongfully charged for prostitution. I interviewed other defense attorneys who, as it turned out, were only interested in getting me to plea to a lesser charge. I’m sure these attorneys assumed because I am Asian and work at a spa that I was guilty.
Thomas Locke was the only top defense attorney willing to listen to the facts and fight hard for me. I could go on and on as to how keenly he sifted through the charges and so called evidence to get to the truth but instead I’ll simply say, if you’re in the fight of your life, you need to hire Thomas Locke. No one is better. No one.

In December of 2016 I made a terrible choice and decided to drive home from a Christmas Party after drinking. I was pulled over for speeding and arrested for DWI. I was taken to Harris County Jail and spent the next 36 hours shuffling from cell to cell wondering what permanent damage I had done to my life.
On recommendation my wife contacted Thomas Locke to see if he could assist me. After being released from jail Thomas met with us on a Saturday morning to discuss my options and explain the process to me. Being that I had never been arrested this was extremely helpful. Also, it was reassuring to speak with someone who was not judgmental about the mistake I had made.
Over the next several months there were many legal challenges for my case. Thomas was by my side at every hearing and working furiously on my behalf to help me see the resolution of my case in an expeditious manner and the least long-term effects to my criminal record. This included getting me into the Pretrial Diversion Program despite my not meeting the criteria for enrollment.
In July of this year I will got to court for the final time ending this nightmare. The charges against me will be dismissed and soon after the arrest will disappear from my record and it will be as if none of this ever happened.
There is no doubt in my mind that Thomas Locke saved my life and there is no other attorney I would want by my side.
