They don't respond in a timely fashion. We have to call so many times to get any kind of update on the case. They never stay on top of it. They are also not aggressive enough when it comes to taking your case to trial. We literally have to chase them every time in order to get answers.

The Attorney Eric Pursley, had submitted a lawsuit of a DEBT on behalf of Imperial Ware, Inc, neither the Imperial Ware Inc or Mr. Eric Pursley did not sent no notices, such a certified letters, they just went to court and created a lawsuit against me, Mr. Eric Pursley does not have personal to communicate with the defendant, the defendant is only Spanish speaking, how can you initiate a lawsuit with a barrier of languages. He is very unprofessional.. This is truly review, the Defendant is non English speaking, I am the SON of the Defendant, the defendant is not able to use a computer, and is a disable person with health medical conditions. The Firm of Eric, Pursley are so very unprofessional, trying to silence their method of conducting bussiness.

We sold our house this spring without using a Realtor and instead used Justin to draw up the sales contract and other miscellaneous documents related to the sale. We paid a flat fee for his service verses an hourly rate and the rate probably worked out about right considering his time and likely hourly rate.
