I needed documents picked up and mailed to me. I purchased overnight shipping so I could get my documents by Friday. I set up the service on Wed and emailed them the shipping label. They never emailed me a confirmation so I have to call to confirm it was received. Finally they email me to let me know they only put it in the mail today (Friday), so now I don't get my documents until after the holiday. They did not charge me for the pick up but now I've missed my deadline. I really wish they had told me they were too busy to complete the service on time and I would have used someone else or at least not paid for overnight shipping.

Gary provides excellent service and Notocha at his office is great. We've been using his services for years.

I hired them to serve a paper and it has been 3 months and they keep saying they can't get a hold of anyone. Terrible service. Highly advise to hire someone else.
