I own a restaurant in Downtown Houston and had multiple issues with the exhaust fan from day one. The contractor ignored manufacturer instructions & installed the fan in the wrong place. He deflected our requests to repair the issue during our 1st year and said it was out of warranty after that. After 3 years & multiple fan failures, we approached John Kovach for help. John warmed us it would be along process but we could likely get some sort of settlement from the GC’s & sub’s insurance companies. He was right on both counts - it took a year but John finally secured a reasonable settlement. We appreciated the candor and persistence with which he handled our case.

The worst attorney I've ever seen. I paid him 20,000 dollars and he didn't even work as hard as a court appointed one. He is the biggest joke practicing law ever! He will try and say your paying for his experience, well I promise you will regret it. Do NOT use this guy he is garbage.
