My court case of which I was charged over $4500 was immediately thrown out by the judge because of how it was prepared and submitted by Mrs. Zand’s office. Upon hearing this Mrs. Zand’s unprofessional nature came through as she told the judge she will just re-file which prompted the judge to dismiss with prejudice making impossible for me to show examples of how my ex-wife is violating court orders and unlawfully withholding my visitations. Then after the case was dismissed she had the nerve enough to blame the judge. The same judge she recommended to hear the case. learn from my experience and hire a different lawyer.
