Handling my family estate since my mom died, she's really friendly and really nice plus a really really good attourney.

This is the worst attorney in San Antonio. Her office will not return a phone call or email. I would avoid doing business with her at all costs! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Besides being a very nice person, we were very unhappy with the service. Every time I call and leave a voice message NO ONE returns my call. When we send an email NO ONE returns the emails. We are still pending things to be completed. Other than pricing and how nice she is, I wound not recommend her as a lawyer especially if you need something done in a timely manner

If I had the option to not give this person stars, I would. Judith Wemmert was assigned by the court to be my daughters’ amicus attorney. I paid her 750.00 and she did NOTHING! She spoke to me in her office once, and after going to her office a second time to pay her (court ordered to) she took my money and never returned my calls, emails and communicated properly with my attorney. This woman should not be allowed to practice law anymore, as she took my money and did not do her job as ordered to. My attorney tried to have her removed from the case, but a judge denied it. She was inconsistent with information she gave to my attorney and I—from the beginning of the case and until the end of the case. She claims my daughter should have been given custody to me. During the trial I chose to call her out to the court and made it known what she had to say should not be relevant because she did not complete her home visit with me or my daughter. When it was time for her to weigh in who my child should be with she stated she should live with her father. Which I believe was her retaliating against me because of the true statements I made in court. Not even considering what she could be doing to my child. Although a determination still has not been made, after everything was said and done—she asked to speak with me to apologize and felt the need to inform me that I am a strong and wonderful mother who my daughter looks up to, but yet claimed my daughter would be best suited with her father. This woman is a fraud! Please seek legal advice and support from someone else!

SHE KEPT ME WELL INFORMED ABOUT COURT DATES AND KEPT ME UP TO DATE ON THINGS THE OTHER PARTY WAS TRYING TO DO,SHE ANSWERED MY CALLS AND IF SHE DIDN'T HER ASSISTANT DID.SHE PUT ALL HER EFFORT INTO MAKING HER CLIENT PROUD AND SHE WAS SUCCESSFUL WITH MY SITUATION. SHE HEARD ME OUT AND MADE COURT DATES HAPPEN AND MY CHILDREN BROUGHT BACK IN MY LIFE. IM SORRY I AM READING OTHER PEOPLES COMMENTS AND THIER WRONG. SHE IS GREAT AT LEAST FROM MY EXPERIENCE SHE WAS A SHARK.
