SEXUAL ASSAULT- DISMISSED. Mr. Palmer saved my life. I was facing 20 years in prison on a false allegation. I had 3 hired lawyers before Daniel who did nothing but try to force me to plea. The best offer I had gotten was 12 years in prison. As soon as I told Mr. Palmer that I was innocent of the allegation, he said that he would never bring up a plea deal at any point unless I wanted it, and that he was going to spend night and day trying to get my case dismissed. He wasn't kidding. He would constantly update me whenever something would come up with my case. He would send me emails routinely in the evening letting me know new case law he found that he thought would help my case.
