I was completely unimpressed by the professionalism displayed by Jean Dwyer. The situation that I was in is in no way her fault or doing, but the experience I had with her during that awful period of time was extremely disheartening. She was apathetic and unprofessional. It was a complete waste of time and money on top of being demoralized and dejected. It's also really out of my character to write google reviews but I feel like the experience with her office warrants notifying others.
