Dealing with Kenny and Leigh I feel as though I was robbed and here’s why. So I paid this firm $4,300 literally for nothing. My case closed in October 2017, Jared Frankel was the attorney who handled my case in Volusia county ending with a parental agreement plan. Basically a court order giving me rights to see my daughter, along with tons of stuff we are supposed to do as co parents; But guess what? I haven’t seen my daughter since November 2017! A court order means nothing if the person doesn’t plan to follow it in the first place. My baby mother is something else and doesn’t follow one thing in the parenting plan Jared Frankel and his team made for us. I didn’t getting see my daughter at all for Xmas, New Years, spring break, Easter any holiday since October 2017 that you can name. When I told him and his firm this literally 2-3 months after the case closed they really started asking about another retainer fee... I actually thought about hiring again because dealing with court is beyond stressful. Then I thought, why should I have to put another retainer fee down wen I was literally just on a payment plan paying this firm faithfully! Could I have not just picked back up on my payments an you guys continue where u left off... no you want a whole $2,000 more down to attend my contempt hearing. I find it insane that I struggled sooo hard to pay them every week along with all my other bills and I mean literally for nothing. Well wait, I got put on child support so that’s one thing they did for me. Anyway the only thing Jared and his firm could do besides ask for more money was tell me what to file witch was a motion for contempt and enforce the parenting plan we agreed to. I thought it’d be easy and free to get it done on my own with this amazing parenting plan I just paid $4,300 for. I started feeling confident thinking the magistrate will read through it after I told him what was happening and he’d make her follow the court order somehow. Hah yea right. When we attended the motion for contempt/enforcement last month Because I am not a lawyer, not good with words and really the courts don’t care what I say without a lawyer period. My cunning narcissistic baby mother lied herself out of that in less than 5 minuets saying she never got it in the mail an got that dismissed. The general magistrate did not even look at the parenting plan Because of what she said. I asked him regardless of if she received the contempt papers in the mail or not she knows about the parenting plan and is not following it! With proof in hand I even waved the expensive $4,300 paper at him and said this doesn’t make since does this paper not mean anything? What have I been fighting for. Does anyone care whats right from wrong? I feel as though this firm should have done more for me. I feel as though I should have fought it out till the end instead of settling with a useless $4,300 agreement plan that means nothing. I feel like giving up the fight . It’s hard to wanna keep going... this woman uses our child as a tool to hurt me Dangling her in front of my face unable to reach out and hug her. And I can’t do anything, It really hurts. Fathers have it bad in the world we live in. And this firm supposedly fights for us. Only thing I can do is keep filing contempt motions now...

If you where to choose this firm I wouldn’t recommend to have Jared frankel handle your case. He seemed more anxious to close the case than to fight it out for all my rights. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANDREW GARRO though.. he was tho only one I feel genuinely cared about my situation. He attended a hearing for relocation that my baby mother filed and he ate her up at the hearing and got that denied... she’s very cocky and great at talking unlike me so it felt really good to win that one even if it wasn’t much.. he did great that day representing me. I didn’t really have to say a word.

Jared Frankel did nothing for my children and I. I went through a divorce five years ago my ex-wife then move to Florida where I have now relocated to. I was only going for was a modification for parenting time was told it would be $2500 by the end of it I spent almost $6000 and settled in mediation Jared did nothing but bill me money and drag the case out with $500 monthly team meetings with no explanation of what they spoke about and how come it was so costly. Every time I call the billing department they were so rude and had no explanation they basically told me if I didn't pay they wouldn't finish my case. The mediator worked harder for me in the five hours ($1,900 more )we had her then this law firm did the whole time. Men don't be fooled by the advertisement for Men only. There are so many better law firms out there.

This office is ridiculously inexperienced. Had mediation, I guess I was only one there who had sense to take notes of what was said. An attorney left the firm while working my case, this only showed the ineptness of the hires there because no pertinent notes or facts were passed on to new attorney. New attorney had no idea what was discussed or said at mediation. A year later I ended up with same agreement we started negotiating. I gave up and signed papers. I was paying over $1000 a month to this firm. Research your options thoroughly. ONE Star is 2 stars too many

Really great people. I was a bit new to town and in need of a good attorney. They showed me everything and it helped a great deal. Staff was really nice which gave me great comfort while going through this divorce.
