I was recently was charged with a C2 Felony for not having my prescription medicine that I have taken for 10 years in the actual prescription bottle...and had no proof on me of my prescription on me at the time. I was arrested and charged with a C2 <4 grams >400 Felony! With this being the first time I had ever been in trouble or arrested, I was clueless of the process and was scared to death at the thought of having a felony on my record.
