He was able to help me through everything I was facing with a honest and professional manner! He stays in communication, he always reminds you of court dates A couple days before. Those things matter when you spend money on professional representation and you get nothing short of that here!
Idk how many charges I had dismissed with only one showing now that he got down to Obstruction of Highway!
Only a skilled lawyer can obtain that plea deal!
All others were taken care of and I didn’t mind spending every dime because Kelly delivers ALL the time.
Now iam able to put my past behind me as I was given a second chance at life. I thank Kelly on a regular basis to this day!
The man is brilliant, works hard, compassionate, listens, and is very skilled. He is not lazy, returns calls and emails, and is above all else: real. 100.
Throw your money at him. I would again if he asked it of me and I was able.
My name is John Calloway Jr. AKA (Cooldaddy J) and Kelly Pittl was my court appointed lawyer assigned to defend me, because I didn't have the financial means to defend and obtain a lawyer by myself. I was falsely accused by my ex-wife and the DA's office of violating a protective order, which should have never been granted to her, because she lied about everything when we went to court in December 2013.
After my ex-wife was granted the protective order by the judge, she came to my home church the following month in January 2014 on a Sunday, while me and my girlfriend were inside the church enjoying church services praising God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. We were seated on the left side of the church and can see everybody who enters or leaves the sanctuary. She opened the doors and entered the sanctuary and I immediately saw her and my girlfriend saw her as well. I informed my girlfriend that I'm going to call the police, and I exited the sanctuary and dialed 911, while standing outside the church. I remained outside the church, while waiting for SAPD to arrive, because I was determined to defend myself against her and I continually walked around the church until the police officer arrived.
Before the police officer appeared at the church, I saw her exit the church through the rear kitchen doors. I immediately pulled out my cell phone and started recording her as she walked away from the church through the rear parking lot, towards the car that me and my son own together. Once she arrived at the car, she opened the driver's side door, entered briefly to start the engine and exited the car, while she said to me that she was calling the police. I calmly stood there recording her, and then I started to narrate and explain into my video and voice recording, what events were taking place. She re-entered the car and started on her way out of the church rear parking lot. She proceeded up towards where my vehicle was parked on the street and came to a complete stop, and was then parked too close to my vehicle, for a short while. She then proceeded to drive towards the stop sign, and just stayed parked there also for a while.
The SAPD officer arrived, and I informed him that I'm at my home church with my girlfriend and that my ex-wife was not supposed to be here, because she has a protective order on me, and that she had informed the judge that she had moved her church membership to another unknown church. I also informed the police officer that I strongly feel that she is trying to set me up, for some false charges. The police officer talked to me and then he talked to her. He informed me that he had received two calls to come to the church. I had called the police exactly ten minutes before she did, because she was busy inside the church being sworn in as one of many officers of the church, standing on the right side with the rest of them. Once the officer had determined there was no touching between the two of us, he informed me that there was no violation committed at all, and that we both need to go our separate ways, and I strongly agreed.
