He is a thief, a liar, and his staff have NO IDEA what they are doing.

Never use this attorney unless you want to be screwed by the child support system. I wish I could give him no stars. Ross Rodriguez doesn't stay in contact with you to let you know what's going on with the case. He doesn't return phone calls. When you have an actual hearing he does absolutely nothing to try and even have anything go in your favor. He basically looks at your case file for court that day and just shows up and agrees to whatever the court says. Doesn't try to fight for what's right for you as his client. Basically takes your money and leaves you hanging in the wind. Do yourself a favor and find another attorney that actually cares about your rights and actually fights to make sure you're heard. Because this guy won't!

unfortunately I saw all the negative reviews AFTER I gave this office 1 thousand dollars to handle a criminal case... I met with the main attorneys partner 2 weeks before my court date, explained my situation & specifilcy pointed out the things that needed to be handled asap before court in 2 weeks... Caroline *the attorneys partner* over and over repeated how they would handle all my concerns that day or next at the latest... after I left the office, I never heard from NOBODY about my case up until the MORNING of my court date.. I called everyday for entire week, left voicemails, never got 1 single call back.. the morning of my court date I called to make sure everything was good to go because I had active warrants and knew I would be arrested that morning if things weren't handled right.. I was told to go explain to the judge my situation about a bond... "isn't that why you hire an attorney" ? To talk to the judge for you... or do you pay money to represent yourself..
I expressed my dissatisfaction with the attorney and requested a refund.. I was told nobody would be in office for an entire week to give me my money.. I waited an entire week, went to get my refund and FINALLY MET MY ATTORNEY, AFTER ALREADY HIRING ANOTHER.. Mr Rodriguez bold face lied and told me the judge told him he couldn't get off my case.. AKA I have to represent you & not give you your refund.. I told him I already hired another attorney who had already talked to my particular judge handling my case and everything was good to go... He jumped up quick and went to get my money, but I thought the judge said you couldn't get off my case ??? BTW he only gave me back 500 out of the 1 thousand because he stated he was on my case for 2 hours... when he tried to talk to me about my case, he said the WRONG charge, which clearly showed he never even looked at my file & case...
STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE... terrible experience, do not put your loved ones or yourself freedom in this office hands!

Let me tell you my fiancé got 4 years and the lawyer told me 6 months he will get probation I said ok and we called to talk to the lawyer and his assistant said he'd give us a call back we said ok hours went by we decided to call again and they instantly said "oh you ready to make a payment" like what? So we made sure to tell them they weren't getting a dime from us anymore because they don't care for their clients one bit they care for money that's about it not once did we talk to the lawyer not once have we gotten a call back after we keep calling and asking for our balance don't use this lawyer he is unprofessional then he called and said to us "he got 4 years he could of gotten 60 years" and was being so rude to us and that only upset us more.THEN WE TELL THE LAWYER HES BEING MOVED TO ANOTHER STATE PRISON AND THE LAWYER HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA. Making himself sound very unprofessional not knowing about your own clients you stand for..sad They want your money don't use them they won't fight for you one bit.

This lawyer didn't do anything for me! Probably one of the worst family lawyers in San Antonio! He was hired to represent me in my family case. But I probably would have done a better job representing myself. They lied and told me my ex was fighting custody when he really wasn't. I feel for it of course. The whole time it seemed like he was working for my ex and not me, him and my exs lawyer would go off by themselves and talk things out. He got my children's father to only give me a small amount of child support for three kid's. Also had my daughters last name changed to my exs last name .and they also agreed that my ex would be able to claim the kids on his taxes. Like I said this lawyer did nothing for me! My case was easy money for him! I swear everything that i stated is true, do not waste your money here... It is true that you do not meet him til the court date...if anything it seemed like him and my ex lawyer were working for my ex... Did nothing for me!!!!

Very bad law office , you never even talk to.the lawyer just the assistants they charge to many fees for everything all the papers , don't even talk or answer don't help and they keep.your money don't go.here very bad office . Tried to do a house deed and they kept doing everything wrong and kept my money .
