Rob is definitely not your cuddly friendly attorney. He is short with you, sometimes it feels like he’s not listening to you. The man knows the law!!. And he has been able to go in and argue things that I thought I was definitely going to lose on. He may not be the type to hand you a tissue but he is damn good at his job! If you listen to him and let things play out the way he plans it your going to get the best legal defense you can get. He doesn’t take money for things he knows he’s not going to win because he’s turned me down on serval things I wanted to do to my association! Hopefully I won’t have to use him again but if I need legal counsel he will be the one I’ll turn to.

All he kept saying to the plaintiff was I am going to sue you , and I will file a lawsuit against you. And this was in a meeting, not in court. The guy is an idiot.

Do yourself a favor and get a attorney with a better location. Nothing like stopping by the office and feeling like your going to get robbed as soon as you get out of the car.

DO NOT use this lawyer to do a will! He likely failed to ask my mother if there were designated beneficiaries on her various financial accounts which has made the will almost pointless. Add to that the fact that there are dead bugs on the floor in his office, literally. Maybe there's something he's good at but it's not wills.
