Stephanie and Jeffrey Klein went above and beyond to help my husband and I through a very tough custody battle for his daughter more then once. To them it’s not about the money (yes money is important) but for them it’s about doing Whats right, making a difference, and helping their clients the best way they can! They treated us like family. This firm is in it for the money... ONLY! They charged me a sizable retainer on a custody case because my case “wasn’t going to be an easy one”... all they did was attend a mediation... 6 months later, I get a modification request from the opposing party; being filed under the same case number... when I approached Stephanie Klein about this, I was told it was a new matter and would require a new retainer... Since they had already taken all my money on the original retainer, I had no choice but to represent myself... they could care less...

After seeking competent representation, I later found out that the modification request could have very easily been dismissed... this firm didn’t even care enough to look over the case...

This is in conjunction with their inability to provide sufficient representation with the things that are evidently taking up their time and concerns... I should have known better when I had to reiterate things that I had said or when they mistook my case for another on multiple instances.

They must have needed the money more than this struggling single father... don’t make the same mistake I made!

Good listener pays attention to detail and most important very honest and upfront . Handled my case very well .

The initial phone contact, the consultation, and the professionalism throughout our quest was handled with utmost business compassion from procedures associated to answering our questions in a manner understood. These prefaces reduced any concerns, allowing us, as the client, to completely trust Mr. Klein's lead. The staff maintained the same attributes giving us full circle of professional commitment.
