I just recently had issues with my landlord not fixing the septic system . Mrs. Delabar is very helpful and will tell you like it is. She won't fill you full of lies like other attorneys. Very straightforward and will get you what your requesting if not as close to as possible. Willing to work with you in payments as well which is very helpful when your an average person not making millions of dollars. I learned of her through the lady that filled my court documents. She highly recommended Mrs. Delabar and I'm glad I hired her.

Worst attorney ever.

***Warning*** Don't use this attorney she'll take your money and do nothing. She lies about getting stuff done. I started my divorce process with her on November 1st and she has gotten me no where except finally before the judge 9 months later. I'm a single mom of 3 and my soon to be ex husband took off and hasnt been helping and left me with all the Bill's and no money. She claims she will file emergency hearing and never does. I have been calling, texting, emailing with no response for over a month each time. I finally got sick of it and have reported her to the bar association for malpractice!

Ms.Delabar handled a case for our church. She was knowledgeable and selfless in the amount of time she gave to bring about the needed end to the problem.
