I was told about Rue and Ziffra from one of my doctors, I didn't go to them at first. I went to a large lawyer corporation in Orlando and they had my case in limbo for almost 2 years with no explanation. They even offered to do my case for free because it was mishandled. I called Rue and Ziffra a year ago and they pretty much had to rebuild my case because the other attorney had like 2 or 3 files if that. They were able to help me finally close this case and get my life on the track it needed it to be. I was working with Shannon and she honestly is an awesome woman, she gets thrown curve balls and she knows how to handle her own. Luis (my attorney) was also very attentive and informative as well. All in all I would recommend if anyone needs an attorney, you need to come here and let these awesome people take care of you.

This was my first car accident that resulted in injury, lost wages and damages. I wasn't sure what to do. There was alot to keep track of with insurance companys, medical bills and what i should be doing. I met with shannon a case manager and went over what transpired. She was very helpful and i felt at ease after that consultation. She took the case and from that point on I didnt have to worry about anything but addressing my herniated discs and doing what i needed to in order to work on recovery. That was a big relief. From then on when people would call i would say youll have to talk to my attorney. Its really best to get in touch with them right away because insurance companies are really only trying to get you to say things they can use against you. There was alot of medical bills and appointments between m.r.i.'s, chiropractor and pain management. I am currently in the process of building credit so was concerned with all of that. Shannon took care of everything. Every bill was addressed completely and i was impressed with how i was taken care of. I had alot of questions during the process. She was always quick to answer my questions and gave me updates when new information was received. I was very happy with the settlement that i received after all medical bills were covered. I learned alot during this process and i really felt like i was taken care of in every aspect. I hope I dont have someone else run into me on the road, but I am happy to know I have someone I trust if something does happen. I had a situation,and wasnt sure what I should do. I contavted Rue &Ziffra, they were quick to respond , walked me through all the steps and returned my calls/ emails within a few hours, Not days. Worst staff ever dealt with . Went for an interview and weeks went by waiting for "paperwork" in the mail finally called and was yelled at on the phone for thing that was never said that I needed to do, Then to bring up my past they asked about but never researched and wanted to throw it in my face... NEVER AGAIN !
