I live in California and needed to file a small claim in Citrus County. I found Jeff using a web search and was planning to use him when I happened to bump into his assistant at the courthouse when filing my complaint. That is all beside the point; although I never met Jeff, the service was performed promptly and their communication via email was professional and efficient.
