Tricked me into signing paperwork and believing I didn't have to appear in court even though my ex and I had an amicable divorce. Now I have to pay more money to fix what I was told the settlement agreement would include. They have since ignored my emails. Not sure where their level of morals and ethics lies.

They did their job really well. My EX was stubborn and chose to not listen when she was told 15 to 20 times about her name change. Everything went just as planned for both parties.
