Some firms such as Haynes & De Paz have more experience because they have worked in all capacities such as the bank side & defending homeowners, certificate title deed holders & others as well. Therefore, you have a vast amount of knowledge to give you several options for prolonging/extension, completing a short sale, bankruptcy, re financing & several other’s depending upon your situation. Hers’s the important issue at hand to remember. Others promise but, this firm delivers with total satisfaction. My husband & I were given two years of extensions to resolve our issue due to this firm’s expert hands. We are now with resolution comparable for all involved. They have reasonable fees and offices are in all parts such as Ft Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando and more. Foreclosure can be scary & most uncomfortable therefore, you must used skilled attorneys who know how to protect you and satisfy your particular situation! We were blessed and thankful.

We contacted Haynes & De Paz as we quickly realized we required assistance obtaining surplus funds from a foreclosure sale. Being from Canada and having an extra messy case with numerous parties involved - the process was extra confusing and we did not know the best way to go about this. I filled out a form online requesting information and within minutes he called me personally. The entire procedure including the Motion took less than two weeks and I can't believe how efficient he was. He and his assistant, Ashlee are remarkable at communicating with you and updating you every step of the way. The legal fees are reasonable and well worth it. This turned a nightmare into a dream.
