Leslie is fantastic! She made things happen in our time of need and pulled out a Christmas miracle with a party who was very reluctant to close a transaction. We are all forever grateful and I will always refer anyone looking for a solid title law firm to Oliver Title Law. BTW "Title Law" is an important aspect of this firm. They are lawyers too. You want that in a title company. They can make stuff happen that a regular 'ole ho-hum title agent cannot. USE THIS FIRM!

Very unprofessional service. From having other clients statements sent to us, receiving broken promises to email confirmation of important information on funds being disbursed after closing, having to wait 24 hours to receive funds after closing, all in all would not recommend using this title company, definitely would not use again.

Bad service. Closed on a house in 2015 using Oliver Title and Element Funding (Mortgage). Property taxes collected but nobody ever paid them. Instead they sent a check to the mortgage company. Almost had lien placed on my house.

In 2016, new mortgage company paid late taxes on my behalf almost a year later. After complaining a check was sent to new mortgage company but my taxes still remains as having been delinquent for 2015 because I had been, due to their error.

Now I cant get an energy efficiency loan because my property tax records have to be clean. Nobody will address problem or attempt to fix. Not even reply to my emails.

Terrible customer service. Terrible service period.

**Also, they had written my title insurance under someone else's name. Which I had to point out to them and have them fix as well**

I'm giving them 2 stars because we actually closed. Originally our closing date was set to 5/31 and we missed it. We were rescheduled to 6/2 and almost missed that too because we couldn't get the title company to approve the CD. We finally get to the closing table and our closer is trying to explain each document to us...she gets to some and has us sign but admits she really doesn't know what we're signing and agreeing to. Then we move on our credit scores and verification of socials. Instead of asking us to look it over and verify, she reads out our social security numbers and our credit scores! Who does that? We go to great lengths to ensure our PRIVATE information remains just that...PRIVATE! I don't need them read out loud with other people just outside our door and our realtor in the room who has not been privey to this information and had no need to be. It gets better!! After closing I get a letter from my insurance company stating that they were shorted close to $200. Of course I call to verify and get "we paid the invoice we received"...no you didn't! I was copied on that invoice and it's for the same amount the insurance company is asking for! Thank goodness I'm done with them!
