This firm is extremely disorganized. My mother in laws case went through 5 different staff members because they always have new staff. Completely regret going through this firm for her bankruptcy. The receptionists are extremely rude and everyone is beyond arrogant. Definitely didn’t feel personable nor helpful. The lawyer also messed up my mother in laws paper work and her case took even longer. I would not recommend this law firm because of their lack of professionalism and organization.

As a local real estate professional Sanchez Law has assisted many of my clients with estate planning, divorce, as well as many other law related issues, and has always been there. I too have retained the services of this law firm. They were quick to respond to me, keeping me up to date with status of my case, and very thorough, which made me come out as winner! Working along side with this attorney for a probate matter has not been the quickest or easiest. after invoicing for payment they filed a lien against subject property for non payment when file hadn't closed yet and then wanted to see closing documents on file that they were not representing the client in a closing only probate. after receiving the monies due for invoice within a week of closing, it is now almost 8 weeks from time the payment was received and cashed and they are unresponsive to release the lien. They do not play well with others in business.

Wonderful people and service! Even though they could not help me resolve the issue I am dealing with - they did all they could to try and resolve it. The process was easy and they were very responsive and diligent. I appreciate their efforts very much!!

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone.
The services I received for Family Law were very inconsistent. My entire case lasted for a year before I fired these people and hired a new attorney. I felt like the entire time they were taking advantage of my pockets and my lack of knowledge on custody battles.

I hired the Senior Attorney (SA) in the beginning and she passed my case down to two other fresh Attorney’s. This was extremely unfair and inconsiderate because I presented my concerns to the SA from the start.

Since the SA passed my case down to a Junior Attorney (JA) who was inexperienced with family law, in return, that costed me more money than necessary. With that being said, that meant I would have to voice my concerns all over again and get charged for things that were already presented. It felt like my case was going in circles because the JA had no solid answers for my questions or concerns. She always had to “get back to me” or e-mail me multiple times (more unnecessary accrued fees).

I felt as if they were trying to find any and everything to charge for. These people failed to let me know I could be notified by the court itself (for free of charge) through e-mail once documents were submitted to the court. Instead, for more money out of my pockets, they left it up to themselves to send me the submitted documents through their various law firm e-mail addresses. Let’s not forget when the paralegal or lawyer called me at random times of the day.... leaving me a voicemail was also a fee.

I was more than cooperative with these people. They did not have me or my child’s best interest at heart. They made things harder than what they should have been because they were working against me more than they were actually working for me.

If it were my choice and not googles choice that 1 star would actually be empty and gray scaled as well.

There’s so much more that could be said but I refuse to waste anymore time giving these people my precious energy.

UPDATE: They have since called and apologized for the improper counsel, however, my review is still solid and will remain on site.

I consulted with firm and retained its services, However seems there was some volatile internal concerns at the time where just about all of the firms lawyers bailed and left the firm. As a result every client's legal proceedings where shifted and clients concerns were put on hold and or postponed. Alternative legal presentation was acquired by me as the firm did not have a legal team to represent me and others in court.
I spoke to Desiree and expressed my concerns however was not given a option or answer to relief to want to continue with the firm.
As per conversations with former staff attorneys, Desiree is not a person to work with well and very malicious and cheap, charges you for the dusty air you breath at the firm. To be honest , I didnt care, however I did care that my case is handled with the out most priority. But the firm failed miserably to retain me has a client due to their own actions and lack of concern for my case. Desiree claims to be worth 300 dollars an hour , however not true even on a Saturday night. Stay away from the firm they are not worth a star and one of the worst in Orlando area. Save your self the trouble , hire a top notch firm its worth it in the end, Don't settle for a firm that puts your case last on their to do list. Extremely pitiful.

This is a firm where they get your money, they don't care. After Sanchez helped my case dischared/charged off, I continued to receive collection letters and bank statements from my previous lenders. I am happy with the outcome of my case and regret not using them sooner with my legal matters. When I thought I lost everything, Sanchez Legal provided me the support and guidance I needed to navigate through the legal maze.

I can not speak for every aspect of this law firm. However, regarding the home loan modification assistance it was a waste. I should have taken heed to certain google reviews. I also paid my money for a "investigation" of my home loan modification. Well, two months later I am still waiting on a phone call. Although, I have reached out to the office on numerous occasion to explain to me why my calls are not being returned and what should my next steps be in this process, I still have yet to receive a call. Overall, I must thank God for this office showing be there true lack of professionalism before I invested any further money with them for other services needed.
