So grateful to Erin and her team. I had a complex custody case and it was IMPERATIVE that I chose the right attorney as it was my child’s best interest at stake, and all my chips would be going into it. After researching for weeks, reading reviews on different sites etc I met with Erin 3 DAYS before my court date.
After our initial meeting and speaking with Erin, I was much more confident that I had a chance at getting a just outcome as the other party’s attorney was slandering me in initial petition, and felt that it would be an uphill battle.
Erin is first and foremost Knowledgeable about the law she practices which I think was the real key to getting the outcome we needed. She was aggressive, confident, strategical, and upfront with me throughout the whole process. At the court proceedings she was an all-star and I couldn’t be happier with her services. Highly recommend to anyone with custody case. THANKS AGAIN MORSE TEAM!

Attorney Erin Morse has a solid team of Law Professionals around her. I was able to consult with Erin personally and always received answers and good advice as they worked on my case. With the help of Attorney Carlos Otero I was able to establish my rights as a father. When I finally had my day in court I was fully prepared and confident and won a very favorable outcome.
Excellent advice, very personable, and honest. Will definitely retain to help through difficult situation.

Working with the Office of Erin Morse has been the most amazing experience Ive had so far. From the quick responses, friendly staff, amazing and knowledgeable attorneys. Carlos Otero (my attorney) was absolutely incredible helping out with everything related to my case and even more helpful with mediation! I was incredibly sattisfied with how hard they fought at mediation for me and even more pleased with the outcome! I would totally recommend this law firm to anyone!

I could not be happier with the legal advice, support, and services I received from the Law Office of Erin Morse, in particular, Stephanie and my attorney Carlos. Carlos was extremely professional and was able to deliver results that far exceeded my expectations. Stephanie stepped in and provided me with updates as my case progressed. Finally, even though the navigating the Seminole County Courts can be slow, Carlos ensured my case was handled quicker than expected.

I contacted this Law firm because I needed help. I'm on disability and don't have much money. When I explained to Mr. Chandler what my problem was he told me how he could help and how much it would cost to do it. Obviously I needed his help but when I expressed my budget he found an alternative for me. Just wanted to Thank him because he did what he could to solve my problem and it was within my budget.

I would recommend Mrs. Morse and her law firm to anyone that needs an attorney willing to go above and beyond to make sure it's done right and efficiently. Her and her team dropped everything they were doing and it was all hands on deck to get the what I needed done as fast as they possible could, in my emergency situation. She was the only one that cared enough to take the time to help.

Where to start? I retained this firm due to a bad experience with a previous lawyer, I walked in and was treated like I had a say in my case and she didn’t give me BS about my case a (divorce) and I grew to respect her and her team of lawyers (George Chandler) especially for handling my mediation and keeping me cool. I got what I believe was fair and equitable settlement and top notch treatment! I am not versed in legal terminology and he took his time walking me through every step, I am a disabled veteran and would highly recommended any service member if in need of legal services to speak to this law firm. I had a small consultation over phone. Made an appointment for 3 days later. Called and canceled 24 hours in advance and they refuse to refund me the 150.00 they charged to the credit card to hold the appointment. The man I spoke with who also scheduled me never mentioned it was non refundable. Never mentioned anything. I called again the day off and the receptionist said she mentioned it while scheduling the appointment and I rrminded her I never spoke to her. I spoke to a man on the phone and he was the one who scheduled me never saying anything about if I needed to cancel.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Erin Morse definitely deserves one. If it weren’t for her, I’d still be crying over the status of my divorce right now. She’s everything one could want in a divorce attorney: truthful, aggressive, knowledgeable, creative, kind, and caring. I’ve been dealing a lot with attorneys lately, and all of them should look to Erin for how to do business. I though this firm was going to help my sister . From a monster who works for a hospital is remarried, works doing Uber . My sister gets 25 dollars a month from ex husband, thanks to this fireman. My sister didn’t even get all the money she spend on medical bills or treatment for my nephews. This firm makes you believe in them, but they talk the game, but to defend or help you, they pretty much don’t fight for you. I had to come back and "rewrite" another review because apparently Google only allows you to leave one review. Wow, I really don't even know how to put into words how absolutely proud I am to STILL call Erin MY attorney. Second time she has completely blown me out of the water with how good she is at her job. Erin goes by what is right and by the statutes to a T! She doesn't "guess" or pretend she's knows the laws, she actually DOES! You don't find an attorney like her everywhere. Erin spent a good amount of time with me to make sure she answered every question I had. She is POWERFUL! I can definitely say that I wouldn't want to be on the opposite side of the court room. Erin is 100% the attorney you need. Thank you so much Erin! 9/29/19

My family has been put off by Erin and her firm for over two months now in regard to the custody of my 7 year old stepdaughter who's mother suddenly stopped answering us in May. So it's been since MAY that we've seen or heard from our child, since JUNE that we paid a $1500 retainer to Mrs. Morse. Since then another $500 has been billed and still..... Not ONE SINGLE THING has been done. Not one paper actually filed. The mother hasn't been served or notified in any way. It's truly appalling how neglected our case has been. I would not recommend this law firm for anything. We waited patiently for over two months while being told they would be "serving the mother sometime in the next few weeks" before growing this frustrated with Mrs. Morse. This is just unacceptable.
EDITED to reply:
I am the wife of your previous "client" whom you did absolutely nothing for but waste 2 months time (away from his child) and then only refund not fully but 75% of his payment to you, which we still haven't actually received (will update again if we ever do Google) which you also neglected to mention in your reply to his review. You probably make most of your money this way and I guess you will use the $500 you kept for yourself to live your life while we now have to start at the beginning. It may not be a lot to you but that is a lot to us.
All this while we are missing a major part of our family, a matter that should be handled timely for the good of the CHILD who is involved.
You need no well wishes with everything I'm sure, Mrs. Morse, it is obvious that you'll make sure your well taken care of first and foremost.

Erin was all walk and no talk on my case. I can't help but feel that it's the fact that I was a man. Most of her reviews are favorable from women. So if you are a man looking for an attorney I would not suggest Erin Morse. I would not suggest Erin Morse to anyone. I retained her in June it's now almost October and 0 has been done on my case. They treat me as if I'm too emotional over the fact that nothing is being done. Instead of trying to solve the problem she simply suggesting to refund my money minus the billable hours for which she's done nothing. Absolutely zero has been filed on my case. She fits the stigma for greedy attorney. Again, I would never suggest hiring her. 1 start I wish I could leave zero Stars.

I don't usually write reviews, but this one's important to me. Ever heard the phrase, "Consult your attorney"? That always sounded odd to me, because most people I know don't have their own personal attorneys. So when a complicated matter involving the custody of children required us to seek help, we wondered whom we could trust! We turned to REVIEWS, so let me pay it back to the community. Here goes: Erin was awesome. Highly competent, but not cocky. Confident in her expertise, but doesn't bulldoze you with facts and legalese. Asks questions – intuitive ones – and listens well. Her practice seems to be a healthy, positive environment, reflecting her leadership. Erin also CARES. Sure, we were looking for an attorney, not a shoulder to cry on, but in family law, the issues are often deeply personal and painful, and Erin has a rare ability to show sincere empathy while remaining professional and laser-focused on facts, law, preparation and recommendations. Bottom line: NOW we have an attorney!

At no time was I pressured to retain there services, however without much thought I did retained there services. After a long weekend, I was able to give my situation more thought and decided that there services was not needed at this time. I notified the law firm that following Monday and told them, I changed my mine regarding needing there services. I was concerned that I may be at a lost of my retainer fee. Nevertheless, they understood my situation and quickly started the process of returning my money. I will highly recommend this law firm to friends and family.

10/10 would not recommend to even my worst enemy. After hiring them (paid $3k up front), I had a series of life emergencies that went on for about 4 months, which made me hard to get ahold of. Finally I was able to get everything settled enough to get together the paperwork that they needed to move forward with my child support case. They were understandably frustrated with me at this point, so I halfway expected to get put on the back burner for a bit. That was totally on me. What followed, is/was not. I started bringing in the paperwork that they needed in October, bringing in the very last that they needed from me in early November. When I brought in the last of my paperwork in November, they told me they had everything they needed from me and would be contacting me about next steps. When I gave them my paperwork, they said “Wow, you got this notarized? You’ve already filed with the court?” I said “Yes, I kept going back to the courthouse and doing what they said but I can’t get my ex to do his part so that’s why I hired you guys.” Then the lawyer, Carlos, has the nerve to say “Well you have made this really really easy for us.” In the END OF FEBRUARY (nearly 4 months later), I called to ask why I hadn’t heard anything and if they had gotten the paperwork they needed from my child’s father. Jennifer (I wrote down and documented all interactions with their firm so I know EXACTLY who in their office gave me misinformation) told me “Oh wow, no we haven’t gotten anything. We will file a motion to compel to get that from him.” So I immediately called my ex, telling him he better turn in the list of paperwork I need from him because if he can’t do it willingly, the law will force him to. That scared him enough that he turned paperwork into their office. Another month goes by, I don’t hear anything. In the end of March, I call back, “Do we have a court date yet?” The receptionist, Kya (Kyra? Hard to understand on the phone) put me on hold, came back and, in a frantic manner, said “Uhhh ummm yeah I spoke with your lawyer and they have everything they need they’re just getting everything in order so you can be seen in front of a judge.” Super frustrated at this point, but what can you do. ANOTHER 2 months goes by, and in the end of May, I called back to see why I had not heard anything. Jennifer told me “Oh we never got a parenting class certificate from your ex so we can’t move forward.” I said “What? I was told in the end of March that you had everything and I was waiting to see a judge.” She said “No, sorry. I don’t know who told you that. We can’t move forward until we get that.” So I heckle my ex about doing the class and turning it in (someone remind me why I’m doing this and not them?), at which point he says “Oh when I turned in my paperwork they said there was no rush because you didn’t turn in your certificate either.” WHAT?! First of all, I did, to the first lawyer I hired in their office, who apparently did not transfer files when he left. An oversight, sure, but then WHY did they tell me on multiple occasions that they had everything they needed from me instead of telling me that they’re missing something? So, finally, he takes the parenting class, I re-email my certificate to them, and I wait. Yesterday, June 12th, 7 months after they told me they had everything they needed from me to move forward, I call them to ask if he turned in his certificate. “No we don’t have it.” I asked “Wasn’t the motion to compel supposed to force him to do these things in a timely manner?Wasn’t that the point.” “No one filed a motion to compel.” “WHAT?! Someone told me in the end of FEBRUARY that you were filing a motion to compel?!” “No, sorry.Nothing got filed.” I called my ex, who told me that he has NEVER been directly contacted by their office, NOT EVEN ONCE, and he’d gotten all info from me. We mediated and found a time-sharing agreement on our own, that was signed, BEFORE I EVER STEPPED FOOT IN THEIR OFFICE. Their one and only job was to get financial paperwork from my ex. They didn’t do that, and set me back 7 months and $3k
