He will take your $199 and then stop responding when he is supposed to be assisting with negotiation through the insurance company. I had to pay an add to $300 to take the person to small claims because this guy took my money and stop answering my phone calls and emails. DO NOT USE THIS GUY HE IS A SCAMMER!

This is a CON!!! Do not give this man any money! I paid for this service and got no results. Now I'm dealing with everything myself after paying Christian all that money for nothing!

Excellent service all the way. The professional and detail report prepared by Christian was instrumental in getting my diminished value claim paid in a very reasonable time period. After submitting the report and claim letter to Progressive insurance, the company decided to settle quickly. Christian was very informative throughout the entire process and was available to answer any question and/or doubt I had. I would strongly recommend the full service to anyone considering a diminished value claim.

They mislead you into giving them money, then proceed to little to nothing for you. I started with them on Oct. 1, 2015. Still just getting a major runaround.
