As most people life happens. Loss of jobs etc can put someone in a financial bind. Mr Goff was able to tell me what my steps were. I made too much money to file and he gave me advice to bring my income down. The process was timely but got the job done.

Did a great job for my wife and me. Chapter 13 to 7 when I got disabled. Stripped 60K second mortgaged which saved us when I had no income. We were able to sell our house for a profit and build our dream cabin in NC. I would highly recommend!!!!!!

Life happened and my husband and I ended up in a tough situation. Hunter and his office walked us through 5 years of a Chapter 13 and have hung with us to clean up some of the residual effects. Chapter 13 is not easy, but Hunter helped us to come up with a plan when times got tough. Hunter was available via email and phone when needed. BEWARE OF THIS LAWYER.. HE LIES, DOES'NT COMPLETE. HIS WORK. REFUSED TO SHARE INFORMATION. THE ABSOLUTE WORST I EVER MET. HUNTER, DO YOU HAVE MALPRACTICE INSURANCE .?? He broke our AGREEMENT AND KEPT THE MONEY.

I was surprised from the beginning that I got to meet with the actual attorney that was going to handle my case. I was even more surprised that Hunter met with me in person at all of the office meetings after I hired him and was there in Court with me when I had to go. His staff was good too. It wasn't fun to go through bankruptcy, but at least I had a good attorney to guide me through it and could always reach him when I needed to.
