Atty Patrick Smith is a slick salesman type of an attorney, but overcharged our family greatly, and gave poor advice on estate planning to further his profits after my grandparents passed. His sage advice ended up in extra percentages to him, no real protections to my grandparents, and his contract had a lot of hidden charges and fees. Avoid at all costs.
