A great putt bull of a lawyer

The first time I used this firm (March 2017) it was over a year before I received any reaction to my request. Due to their lack of action the whole process had to start all over again. This second time around it is almost a year again and I haven't had any communication or progress. I'm still no further ahead after all but two years!

We went to Tyler for a simple certified letter, after 3 attempts of trying to get a copy, we have given up hope that one was even done, total waste of time and money. On top of that, Tyler had the audacity to look a US Army combat Veteran in the eye and say "life is not fair". What Tyler lacks in professionalism, he compensates for in arrogance and attitude. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for a better legal solution that follows through on what they say they are going to do.

The Reed law firm took my case pertaining to probate. The case itself took a while. But the whole process with communication,paperwork,court was smooth. I could not have asked for a better law firm to handle this difficult situation. If I ever come across and need a lawyer again I know where I will be returning to.

The other reviews are correct John is very good at traffic violations but as a criminal lawyer I can tell you 1st hand Do not hire this firm They let A temporary restraining order Which is only supposed to be in effect for 15 days The firm let it go To 90 days what a joke paid $1500 for 2 hour court appearance Later that evening he called me and threatened a defamation case if I didn't take down this post well welcome to the 1st amendment you didn't do your job I do not recommend your firm or you after that conversation As a US marine he told me I shouldn't be able to carry a concealed weapons permit what it idiot

Retained Mr. Kruse while visiting Florida and received two unreasonable traffic violations and was offended by the demeanor of a local municipality's officer. Mr. Kruse understood my concerns and was an excellent representative for me. While the situation left a severe sour taste, Mr. Kruse went above and beyond; turning a bad situation into a fair one.

Horrible. Very rude. And given false information. I was told over the phone that they would look over a document for me. And that if it took within 30 minutes, that the cost would be $50. Their office was over an hour away, when we got there, we were told that, that was wrong. And they didn't even do it at all. Big waste of time.

I referred my daughter to Mr. Reed for her bankruptcy because of his previous work for myself on two other occasions. My daughter just had her creditor's meeting today. Went fantastic! Thank you Will and Shelley.

To say I was disappointed when using this firm is an understatement. To make a very long story short, I paid for bankruptcy representation and filing on September 14, 2018. Due to being "busy," at their office (as they told me later) it wasn't filed until January 18, 2019. My calls and emails were regularly ignored; companies were not included in the petition (I sent an updated list as often as new notices came in) and quite frankly Will was a rude and pompous while demeaning my intelligence of the process (remember, I'm not a lawyer, so I paid for one). I can hands down say I would NOT recommend Will Reed as a lawyer or decent human, unless you can make him a significant amount of money ... then he might give you the time of day.
The best part is, I guarantee he'll respond to this (or a review on Facebook) with all the things I did wrong. It's his MO when you read reviews on different sites. But, my biggest wrongdoing is expecting that a lawyer would provide appropriate legal guidance.
