I actually sent some friends to Lowman before I ever even had to use them, based off what I had heard. Then, in May of 2016 I was hit from behind on I-75 and the person took off! I went to get checked out at the hospital and called Mr. Lowman the next day. I'm SO very glad I did. He, and the people that work for him, made EVERYTHING so very simple for me. I got the treatment that I needed, as I needed, without having to pay out of pocket for anything. It took some time and patience, but seeing as how I'm not a lawyer, and they are, I left them alone and let them do their lawyering thing on behalf of me. As a side note, if you want some advice... don't "bug" them nonstop. Asking for an update here or there is fine, but keep in mind you hired a lawyer for a reason. Let them do their jobs instead of calling nonstop. Anyway, Joe got my case settled, without having to file a lawsuit for the entire policy amount! I was shocked and ended up putting over double in my pocket than I thought I would be. Have patience, let them do their thing and you won't be disappointed. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and if I ever need their services again, I will hire them immediately.

If I had to pick one thing that was "bad," it would be that they don't give updates along the journey. A simple email or 3 minute phone call every month or so would go a long way in peoples eyes I think. However, like I said... be patient and let them work for you. Trust me, they work off a percentage. They will do everything they can to get a settlement in the highest amount for you, because the more you get, the more they make. Common sense. :)
