They have cable TV and complimentary candy in the waiting room.

I would never go anywhere else! Tarah and the rest of the staff are great and so friendly! I highly recommend them!

The staff wasn't very friendly, I felt like a sheep going thru a shoot. They did my Xray fairly quickly but didn't tell me anything afterwards like where to go or what to expect so I sat in the waiting room again for about 15 minutes before I asked what to do next.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had an appointment Saturday.. they called me three times to come in early and I even called and confirmed I was on the way only to sit an hour... then I had a diff test today.. again was told to come in early. Then I was told the appointment was never changed and when I asked the front desk Susie why nicole wouldn’t of told me I was checked in well before my appointment time. Susie said it wasn’t her problem and asked if I was leaving. Seemed very unsympathetic to the situation given I had voicemail evidence. It’s pathetic that they didn’t want to fix their mistake.. twice!

I have had 4 tests done at Spring Hill MRI. The office and medical staff are all highly efficient, professional, and help you feel at ease. Reports are ready quickly.

I had a great experience at Spring Hill MRI today. I needed a sooner appointment then next week, and was moved up sooner like I wanted it. Scheduling an appointment was great. I went in for my appointment this morning and was greeted by Michelle R. She had a smile on her face so early in the morning . She was awesome. Very great customer service. Rod was the tech... that did my test and he was very nice and had a lot of patience w/ me. Thank you all for the wonderful service today. I will be recommending people to Spring Hill MRI

Nasty customer service. I went online to schedule an appointment, and I actually had to call to confirm if it was scheduled or not. Then the lady who I was speaking with spoke to me in a nasty tone told me that the office didn't have all of my information. THEY NEVER ASKED FOR IT!!!!

my 10 year old daughter injured her ankle and we called to see if they took our insurance and they said YES and to bring her right in. Tara at the desk was fantastic. Donna, Heidi and the staff I met were very pleasant. The office was beautiful and clean. Service was stellar!

Been going a while now and they are the greatest. The front office staff always make sure to have everything done and are extremely friendly.
They keep the people moving in out of the back quite well. When I went in the last time they were short staffed and I was surprised to see everyone still in a good mood. This is the only place Ill go to in the Spring hill area.

Excellent place! I actually did a walk in for a finger X-ray and the price was so cheap I couldn’t believe it. The staff is absolutely wonderful and take care of you right away. I highly recommend this business for top care.

I had 2 MRIs done today, Rob and Robbie were amazing❤ They made sure I was ok, spoke with me as much as they could and helped me thru the two tests. I was so thankful I hugged them both afterward. I was so scared from a previous bad experience someplace else in springhill. The office staff was great, all around great place! Highly recommend ❤

few times now and have been treated very wonderfully they are professional efficient and a well ran practice, thank you.

I've been here twice now and the ultrasound technician really exudes a love for what she does. She is thorough and informative.

Office staff do not communicate with each other and will cancel your appointment without notifying you. One person doesnt know what the other is doing. They do not follow up timely with getting authorization and they do not tell you until you arrive for your appointment that they canceled your appointment and gave your spot to someone else.

The service is affordable and the customer service is wonderful. I went for an OB ultrasound and the staff was extremely kind and personable. The room was not overcrowded and it seemed that people were moving in and out at a reasonable speed. The building was beautifully kept and small details were given attention- fresh paint, nice furniture, even nice and obviously new decorations. Even their business card is done well. When I saw the price, I had low expectations of the service/facility, but arriving I was honestly shocked at the high quality service and care— equaling and surpassing most doctors offices I’ve been to. I couldn’t recommend it more.

We had a great experience! When the doctor who read ultrasounds at my OB office left I had to find a place to have my anatomy scan done so i wouldn’t end up having to pay double for it to be sent out to get read.. Springhill MRI was great from the moment i called to make and appointment! Not only was the price the cheapest i had found but all of the staff were so nice and made us feel so comfortable! Our ultrasound tec was just as excited to see baby on the screen as we were! Thank you for such a great experience!

I want to thank the entire staff @ Spring Hill MRI for treating me with respect and kindness from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. Sandy was my tech and she was great. Plus this place is very clean. I highly recommend this place above all others in Hernando county.

My husband and I went to this place for a STAT MRI. He was in pain and had a difficulty in sitting and standing...from his VA clinic in Tampa to MRI Spring Hill, we both hungry and exhausted. I felt bad seeing my husband in severe pain, but the minute we stepped in the door of this clinic, there was this sweet smile from the lady in the reception area greeting us and her name is TARA. She was very, very, veeeerrrrryyyyyy kind and compassionate to us. All the heavy loads I felt turned in to a big RELIEF FOR US. TARA exerted her effort in helping us all the way. She even printed us a copy of my husband's all records (we need it and we did not know that this clinic still keep there records since the first day they started for business. We are very pleased how TARA accommodates and help us make it through all the way. Special thanks to the technician also who was very patient with my husband's condition.

TARA, you are indeed highly commendable!!! Worthy to be emulated with other people especially who work in the clinic. TARA, you may not be a doctor, but your attitude towards us was indeed a good relief. THANK YOU, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! God bless you and your family.

I have been coming to this facility for over a year. Everytime I was scheduled during the day for ultrasounds with Donna. Donna is amazing. Recently I was scheduled with Deanna and she is the reason I am not giving this facility5 stars. She completely rushed me after waiting a very long time. She said herself the way the test was ordered she really couldn't tell me or the doctor anything. She said she would go find out if she could do the other exam with the order that was given which she never did. I am an office manager for a doctors office and she could have did the test that was needed she just chose not to. I told her I would call the doctor's office and have them send over a new order and she would not let me. She and I both know she should have called the doctor's office herself and asked for a different order. I drive very far and for her to treat me like she did I should be giving the facility one star. I will probably not go back because of this one time with Deanna. If you want a good experience getting an ultrasound do not schedule with Deanna schedule with Donna she is amazing. She would have helped me and not wasted my entire visit. I had the test redone and the unformation Deanna gave me was completely incorrect. This wasn't my first time having this done and I knew she just didn't want to do any extra work even though that's her job. Thank you Donna for all of your help, I have even sent patients to you because of how wonderful you were every visit.

Exceptional! The staff there are so friendly and warm!

I have been being treated for the last few years for SEVER panic attacks. Somehow being so nervous about being cramped in that tube I forgot to take my medication to help keep calm. Problem whas that when I went in the tube n started to panic n called out for them to STOP that was my last day of insurance so it was now or never n I needed this report. Leigh pulled me out n took the time to ask me what was scaring me n answered how the machine works n how my fears were not possible. She held my hand n told me all about what was going on n assured me I was fine n I could do this. I managed to try again thanks to her n was able to finish the MRI no problem. She would chime in after ever new scan n tell me how long the next noises would be n remind me it was ok I was almost done. I couldn't have done this without her!!!!

Very,very, veeeeeeeeeerry awesome place, staff, cardiology tech guy was AMAZING! He made us feel so home and made our visit fun! Susan in front desk has a very sweet spirit and she did a great job at answering all of our questions! were deffinitely going back here! The staff here is so wonderful here!

The atmosphere is very welcoming and everyone is wonderful there. The receptionists as well as my technician (Donna) were absolutely amazing! They were extremely helpful in making me feel comfortable and answered any and all the questions I had about my procedure.

Staff was so nice and I dread testing but they made things much nicer. Will definitely return for any other tests I need.

Have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Needed disc right away for a new doctor and they went out of there way in the medical records dept. The tech who supervised my mri was excellent.

Fantastic facility and staff!! Took my son there @ age7 and they were GREAT in doing the STAT CT of the abdomen to rule out appendicitis!! I have had SEVERAL procedures done there myself and each time it was very organized, fast with professional staff. CT scan, simple X-rays and MRI's- ALL a pleasure to have done. And the entire facility was nice and CLEAN!! (LOVE that!) I am going back in February again for my Mammo and another MRI. And EVERY visit there was ZERO wait time. (LOVE that too!) :-)
