I have had the privilege of retaining/ utilizing Rick over the past year or so, and it’s been a true delight throughout the tenure of him representing me. Prior to Rick, I have had my fair share of bad experiences with lawyers (namely, family law attorneys). Rick is -incredibly talented at what he specializes in. He’s professional, punctual yet friendly and down to earth. I only wish there were more attorneys like him. He is the antithesis of all the ugly things you conjure up when you first think of your typical (sleazball) attorney. I cannot recommend Rick enough for those who are deal with any financial legal issues.

Extremely professional and courteous. I was being sued by a collection agency for an old debt. Rick Peck was awesome! He was able to get the debt collection agency to pay all costs for filing, his attorney fees, they dismissed the claim against me and removed it from my credit report.
