Worst lawyer, lies and misleading in serious cases. Takes your money and then you have to literally beg for him to call you. Gets too personal with his clients instead of doing the job of a lawyer that should defend and fight hard for your case. Run and don’t waste your time and most importantly your money. Its sad to see that lawyers like this have a license. If there was a rating less than the one listed here I would rate him less definitely this lawyer should not have a license.. Run and don’t lose your money and your case.

Do not waste your time or your case with this careless law firm, empty promises that lead to my license suspension thanks to their irresponsibility and false actions. He will just take your case knowing that he is not even experience in car accident or injury cases. Let's not talk about the scammers assistant and their chiropractic office. My experience with this law firm was very unpleasant. In fact, my experience with this firm may have been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. The staff is very courteous and professional, but this firm is entirely too busy to give your case, or any case, the proper attention it deserves. We felt the communication with the attorneys was very poor, mostly because they are simply too busy and extremely overworked. There were so many details overlooked on our case that we had to retain another outside attorney to advise us as to how to fix the mess this firm created and left behind. They consistently told us things that were inaccurate and untrue about our criminal case, and we never felt like we new what was really going on. Furthermore, they would not take any responsibility for the clerical/court errors which could have ultimately cost us another arrest...which is exactly the kind of thing you retain an attorney to take care of. I would not recommend this law group.

Juan Montes de Oca was a bad lawyer who asked me 10,000 dollars for a case that could have been aborted if it had done its job well, never informed me of anything, and in 2 years it took before the trial did nothing for my case, I had to hire another lawyer and lost my money. NO RECOMMENDED.
