Some time ago i found myself in a situation where i was in need of some legal help and out of the several attorneys i consulted i found attorney Ty Tison in Tampa to be the best option by far. Looking back he was the only attorney that took time to do a little research on my case and consulting me for free before even asking me for money. He has a face of a person of integrity that would be respected by his peers. I also have called him up several times in reference to cases for friends or family and he has always taken the time to look at the details of the case and consider the situation besides Consulting me even when not taking the case. There's not many attorneys that will actually listen to you do a little research and talk to you straight regardless whether you retain him on the case or not. He will always give you his honest opinion. That's more than I can say for most attorneys you may come across. Unfortunately some even if they know they don't have the time in or can't be effective in the case will take your money and send one of their bodies to watch you get any if little legal representation never less good legal consultation. Mr. Tison represented me for a very bad auto accident and was able to get the full coverage for me from the offending party even though no ticket was issued. Then he fought my insurance company for the amount of coverage on our Under Insured Motorist and through arbitration was able to get a good portion of that coverage. I was planning to represent myself for a simple traffic ticket in Hillsborough County Court on a Thursday at 9am. The night before, I received a call from my colleague at work that they were sick and would be unable to work the next day. That meant that I would have to cover for them and also be unable to appear in court to defend my case. I decided that I would go to the internet early the next morning and to try to find an attorney. I needed to find someone that advertised defending traffic court cases, AND that was already planning on being in my assigned court room that day. I searched for Attorney’s offices that opened at 8am so I could hopefully retain counsel before my case was on the docket after 9am.

I have a high regard for Tony Duran and would definitely use his services again if the need arises. While other attorneys wouldn’t think outside the box and take a case at the last moment, Tony Duran of the Tison Law Group was my savior that day!
