My son was arrested for VOP and was on probation for 2yrs. My son went to meet with his Probation Officer thinking he had complete his 2yrs probation and 50 hrs. of community services and to pay off his last fees owed. My son had in his community hrs. sheet with 42 hrs. and owed money $687.90 ready to give the P. O. officer. My son only had (1) week and he would have been done with 2 yrs. of probation. He was arrested and lock up without NO BOND at the Probation Office. His probation Officer had violated him a month before he would have complete community services hours and paid all fees courts cost, drug screen, ect. everything. How could the system be so nasty!!

My son charges was from another county so I couldn't hire an attorney in the same county where he live. My son was waiting for the other county to come and take him back to stand before the Judge in another county.
