Really liked the service and Dr was great

Doctor refused to see me due to the location of my problem. If you need a doctor and don't have insurance, do yourself a favor and just go to the hospital. At least they don't have mold growing everywhere and have paper towels in the bathrooms.

Turned away bc they couldn’t figure out my insurance, I have blue cross blue shield. To lazy to do the paper work :(.

Slow, negligent. Rundown office. Long wait. Was full of sick people. Will go elsewhere next time.

Love this place

I’ve always had fast affordable professional care here. Dr Strait treats you like a friend. He spends time explaining things so you can understand. This is my go to place when I get sick or need a minor surgery. They’ve never steered me the wrong way after 12 years going here. Open every day.

Doctor Strait has been a go to doctor for years now. He is very friendly and gets the job done. The staff is fairly friendly and great all around. Anytime I seen Dr. Strait he helped me out. Dr. Strait is a great family doctor and deserves 5+ stars

Dr. Strait is a good doctor. Hes always treated my family great. I would totally recommend Now Care in Plant City. All the workers there are very polite and they try to help in everyway possible. They deserve more then 5+ Thanks again Dr. Strait means alot to me, for you to do all you can. Keep up the good work.

The staff and Dr were all very nice and professional. Dr has very good bedside manner, was not in a rush to get to next patient he spent time to make sure all my concerns were addressed. The staff had great personality. I would go here again if I need. Have gone to other walk-ins in the area and the dr's there were not as nice.

Staff is courtesy and respectful and Dr.Strait is amazing and professional

I would highly recommend Now Care they have a friendly staff that can answer all your questions. Plus most of the girls are bilingual and that helps a lot!

This is a great place for urgent care. Dr Straight and his staff are always personal and professional. We chose to come here over our personal physician simply because of his bed side manners and personal time with our family when we visit. X Rays for two of my sons in the last year. And multiple visits with our large family! A home town GEM in Plant City!

I got there at 8am (when they open) and they said that the Doctor doesn’t get there until 9am. Doesn’t make any sense as to why they were even open.

This place absolutely needs new employees. The secretary takes it upon herself to refuse my jammed finger when it was a basic procedure. The refused me twice for no reason and so rude to me. They treated me less than professional for an urgent care I would rate this place less than a 1 Star if I could. I never post but I am utterly offended and shocked they way they treated me to be honest I’m surprised they are still in business. I see other people have the same concern. It’s the rude staff.

This place used to be good but today I showed up at 8am I waited 1.5 hours and the Doctor still hadn’t arrived. Sick people waiting everywhere. I don’t have that kind of time. If I was gonna he waiting that long I should have been waiting in bed. Vomiting the whole time I was waiting. I walked out with our being seen.

Had to come here for a Workmen’s Compensation claim. The school I worked for ended up setting an appointment with them. My expectations were low.

I was beyond impressed. While the building may not look like much, the Doctor on duty had an amazing bedside manner. The office staff was very professional.

Went in for a DOT physical without an appointment. Wait time was about 20 minutes to be seen , staff was friendly , knowledgeable and professional !

Love this Office! All staff are very courteous and kind. I happen to find them looking for an after hours care. They're very professional, quick and knowledgeable! They explain in detail your options for treatment. Front desk work quickly, to get you in to see the doctor and help with discomfort. I have no complaints from beginning to end of any of my visits.
I ended up getting a shot and didnt feel anything, they have the best nurses!
Dr. Strait has wonderful bedside manner and does not rush his patients! He explains and articulates very well. The patient gets the final say for treatment options. I would highly recommend this office to family, friends and anyone trying to find a doctor! The facility is clean and well kept. Thanks Dr. Strait and staff, you've never disappointed!!!!

Cons:The place was gross it smelled like pee their was no papper towls in the bath room was gross the place was not all that sanitary and smelling pee as you are sick is not good.
Pros:the staff was nice the doctor was cool and nice seemed like he new what he was doing not that long of a wait

I love Dr. Straight but I'm not a fan of the staff. They are rude and Can hardly speak English. The waiting room needs to be cleaned more often.

This place is great, I've been going here for years. Dr. Strait is awesome! The staff is wonderful. The building may not be the newest, but they help a lot of lower income families and they keep everything very affordable. Anyone who says otherwise must have been born with a silver spoon in their mouth.

If I could give this no stars I would. The main concern of this establishment is to reduce costs for workmans compensation, the office staff barley speaks english, the facility is dirty including the patient rooms, you feel like you just time warped into the 70's. I believe this place should be reported the medical board of Florida. Unorganized and I felt like they simply didn't really care, from office staff to doctors. This place is a joke!!!!

Bad experience ,thier staff Is poorly trained about insurance and co pays , and the waiting room was dirty and smelled never again!!
