Mary Beth and Nicole were simply amazing. They represented me with great knowledge, understanding and empathy. Mary Beth addressed me with a very understanding and comforting tone, bringing me to be very at ease with my pending divorce case. I did not hate my ex but I did not want to give away the farm either, she looked after my best interests, yet she was compassionate towards my ex. I have recommended her to a few friends and I would do so to anyone who is reading this review.

Mary Beth corn in her staff are very professional and look after your best interest all the time. They are very responsive and friendly and dealing with your matters. I wouldn't say a divorce is a joy but they made it a lot easier to tolerate. I would totally refer anybody to her.

The law offices of Mary Beth Corn were in my opinion a great example of how a person needs to be treated and served while going through separation/divorce. I highly recommend this firm to others of the area that need legal representation.

1. Does not let you do stupid things, looks after your interest.
2. Billing does not over charge, charged me 4 hr when I would have charged 6.
3. Service is top notch, she was recommended to me by my family lawyer. I give him 2 points for recommending her.
4. Very friendly staff.

Mary Beth and her assistant, Nicole, have been amazing with myself, as well as my husband during a very difficult time. I received a DUI charge, which was reduced to a reckless driving. In addition, Mary Beth got me released from probation after I had violated. Nicole answers thoroughly any questions you may have regarding the entire process and is easily available. I highly recommend these two professional intelligent women to assist you when you need advocates on your side.

Great Attorney

Mary Beth Corn (MBC) and her office provided TOP-NOTCH legal services for my family-law custody case. Throughout the years, I have been unable to exercise my timeshare and I was at the point of giving up. I reached out to MBC’S office to setup a consultation regarding my timeshare issues and concerns. Yes, the conversation was enlightening and encouraging. She provided several legal outcomes from the information I shared in the consultation. One of legal advice was to file a supplemental modification of final judgement and change the venue from Duval county to Hillsborough county. MBC did inform me that this will be a process. Every hearing, I was fully aware of the time and location.  What impressed me about Mary Beth Corn is her professionalism, attention to detail, family-oriented environment, candid attitude, and well-knowledgeable with the LAW.

Recently, this year have been able to enjoy my timeshare experience on a FULL-TIME basis, though my children and I have a lot of catching up. I couldn’t be any happier of this outcome  . With that being said, what could I say about MBC’s character, besides SHE IS A TRAILBLAZER!

Mary Beth Corn and her office give me hope and made me a believer of the legal system. When you are doing the right thing, you will receive what is yours and that is the ability to exercise your constitutional rights.  It was a great experience with the Mary Beth Corn's Law firm office and will utilize their services in near future. She is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

My family and I are much appreciated and thankful. Thanks…

Kind, understanding law office that doesn't sugar coat, and gives you the direct awnsers and opinions you need. Definitely takes a lot of the stress off all the unknown variables that go into any lawsuit or court case.

Mary Beth & Nicholle made my court case as pleasurable as could be staying on point using knowledge, confidence & a no nonsense attitude. They both took an unwelcome & stressful situation in my life and turned it around. I truly appreciated all the hard work & time that was put forth. I will definitely call again & refer anyone I know if the need arises.

This review is coming from a single dad that has experience with numerous family attorneys. Mary Beth is excellent at what she does. She has a caring attitude and is willing to truly understand the details of a custody case. Her staff is friendly and adequate. I was never left out in the cold wondering what was actually going on as with other attorneys. And here's the most important part of the review. If you expect your case to go to trial as mine did, then there is no better attorney to have in your corner than Mary Beth. Trust me! Check out her experience for yourself. We had outstanding results because of her courtroom flow. She really has an acute ability to gather the information from the client, process it, understand it in full detail, and to really shine under the intense pressure of a courtroom. I went with Mary Beth as a recommendation from a friend so I'm writing this review to continue passing the good word.

I'm glad I hired Mary Beth and her staff. She knows what she's doing and can get the job done. Just remember, like with any lawyer make sure you lay all your cards on the table. If you give her all the information she can get you the best outcome for your situation. Also Nicole in the office is always quick to respond and is full of helpful information.

Highly recommended. Mary Beth & her paralegal are very professional and hard working. When they say something will be done, it gets done, with no delays on your case. I have worked with Mary Beth for a few years now and she has never disappointed. Things may not always feel as if they've gone your way, but that is the control of our court system, not your attorney. Mary Beth is amazing at what she accomplishes on a case.

Ms. Corn has given me excellent advice on several occasions. She is not afraid to stand up for her clients no matter who the attorney is on the other side.

I have not only used Mary Beth before, but have worked with her in other cases as well. She is dedicated, hard working, straight to the point and very polite and professional. She did everything she could in her power to help us in whatever way she can. She is an attorney who goes above and beyond for her clients, and I would recommend her services to anyone. She is competent, smart, and has more then enough experience and knowledge to handle cases with confidence. I will definitely use her again.

We had a very bad experience with this lawyer and her office staff. She said she would be able to modify child support. We also asked about the alimony and why we needed to still pay if his ex was with someone for several years. She said there was nothing she could do about that and we could not get that removed. There was only one mediation and when I tried to get a bill to have a breakdown of fees I was told that they were not obligated to send me a bill. I have no idea how the $3500 retainer was spent and if we even spent all of it. Even though it was 2010, there was no mention or looking into Senate Bill 152 (House Bill 1181) -which was introduced in early 2005, and sponsored in the Florida Senate by Gary Siplin, an Orlando Democrat. Its proposal stemmed from a Florida case in which an alimony recipient/ former wife and her live-in boyfriend invited 50 friends and relatives to Las Vegas. Programs and t-shirts from the event read "Las Vegas Wedding Weekend," and a video of the event showed the couple standing beneath a chuppah, a canopy traditionally used in Jewish weddings. They exchanged vows and rings, and essentially staged an unofficial wedding, complete with ceremony, reception, friends, family, champagne toasts, cake, etc. Upon the ex-husband's petition for termination of alimony, Judge Robert Foster ruled that it was not a legal marriage because there was no marriage license, and that the alimony obligation therefore stood. Needless to say, the payor/ex-husband, obligated to pay $5,000 per month, was outraged that the law did not provide him recourse to terminate his alimony obligation under these obvious circumstances. We could have gotten the alimony revoked if she would have known about this. We have been paying an extra $500 a month of "temporary rehabilitative alimony" to someone who has been is a full time-live in relationship since 2006. That's $30,000 lost in 5 years. Very disappointed in her service and not one mention of this bill to us. It would have completely changed our case.
