It was a very stressful divorce even more complicated by the fact that I live overseas and could not travel to the US. I approached a few attorneys who all refused to take my case because I live in Europe. All Family Law agreed to represent me, and Ginger was very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the whole process. I was always treated with great courtesy and I felt really supported and well informed. Thank you!

Divorce is difficult to go through; however when you deal with an experienced team such as All Family Law the process is easier and the results more positive and fair. They were flexible and attended all scheduled meetings allowing for quicker results. Based on their negotiation skills I was able to avoid litigation, in turn, resulting lower legal costs.

Everyone was great! My questions were answered quickly and I was well informed of what was going on with my case. Ginger was awesome and quick thinking. I was able to get my case settled as quick as possible with out having to go to court for a final judgement. They really look out for their clients best interest and don't want you to break the bank on fees.

Great experience. I had my consultation with Ginger and immediately hit it off well with her. I told her exactly what I wanted and she got me exactly what I wanted. This was the fourth or fifth Law Firm I had gone through before finding an attorney that I felt was sincere. I needed a shark and a shark was what I got.

Ginger and her team were worth every penny. Truly they meet you at some of the most difficult parts in your life, guide you through and are fairly priced. I truly was blessed to find All Family Law Group, the experience they have lets them think of things you would never think of. My lawyer listened, gave advice, and knew exactly what to do each time we hit a road block. I truly felt she was on my side, and she gave me hope...... not something I was expecting. I always felt like I was the most important person every time we talked. My divorce was fair, and all the little tactics my ex tried were handled. This review is long over due, but service like this needs to be known. If you're in the market for a family lawyer / divorce lawyer please talk to All Family Law Group.

Ok now its my turn to tell the story here. First of all, don't try to say that what my father wrote wasn't true. it was true to a T. I was told by my son's mother that I was not going to see my son again. I asked for literally 15 minutes of someone's time between the day we spoke and the end of the week. I only needed one piece of advice. That was refused to me until you received your payment. You can say that it wasn't about the retainer but that is not at all what I was told. I will paraphrase but it went something along the lines of until we get the money we cant help you and we are too busy for a 15 minute phone call anyway. The thought of me not being able to see my son and being worth 15 minutes of sometime admittedly got to me. Therefore I did say that if in this dire situation (to me) I can't ask for 15 minutes of your time between now and the weekend then I will need to find someone who can.
I did ask her to politely delete the records which she responded that she would. But lets not pretend for a second that deleting those files really mattered. They were electronic and could easily be resent within minutes. I apologized within hours for seeming impatient and that I had alot going on. Not just the fear of not seeing my son, which now we are going on 17 days, but also alot at work. (Thankfully someone was able to give me not only 15 minutes, but 30 minutes of their time on the very first phone call and now we are officially in the legal process).
But nonetheless the bottom line here is whether it is true or not perception is reality. Now I was told specifically that they had added clients within one business day in which I am almost certain your firm wasn't even open. That is what bothered us the most. If she meant to say you acquired a trial then that is what should have been said, but we are still talking about less than a business day for you all to suddenly be unavailable. I apologized multiple times for something that wasn't even that big of a deal in the first place.
In terms of the litigation and it seeming difficult. What does that say about your firm? That its too much? That you can only handle the easy cases? My father respectively asked for a phone response on 2- 3 occasions and was told by other co-workers at your company that she was unavailable but yet within minutes of his phone call I receive a phone call which I didn't answer and there was a lengthy voicemail. I followed that up with a phone call back to her in which we talked for a good 5-10 minutes and yet again the truth wasn't really spoken it was just polite but condescending. Saying that she was not allowed to speak to my dad and only me because I am a client. First of all I was never a client, and secondly I signed off on all communication being available to run through my father.
The bottom line is this. She got offended by something very small and you all would not accept my genuine apologies and also would not give my father the decency of a returned phone call until he posted his review. No one is saying you all aren't good attorneys. I am sure you are. And that is why we wanted to go with you in the first place. But this seemed petty and unprofessional. I stand by my father's review completely as I was the one who was involved in every part of the communication between our parties.
You all can be great attorneys and even great people but the way this particular situation was handled I think we all can agree was not the correct way. Even if all you say is true and within one business everything changed, did a 180, your firm got too busy and you couldn't take us on then at least return his call. You had time to return mine. I'll take my piece of all this and it would be nice if you all did too. But please don't try to pretend that what we are saying isn't true and that isn't how it happened because it is. It's the full truth, nothing more, nothing less. No one is saying your firm is bad, obviously we wanted to go with you, but the way this situation was handled was not right.
Thank you,

I recently participated (along with my son) in an initial free consultation with Monica regarding my son's desire to enforce his paternal rights with respect to my grandson. We were highly impressed with Monica and the consultation. Once my son decided to move forward with litigation, we selected Monica over other attorneys we interviewed.
As my son was completing his client paperwork and attempting to pay the retainer, he was unable to do so in a timely manner in the opinion of the office manager of this firm, Cindy. In addition, my son made a mistake by being pushy and impatient, asking Cindy if he could speak with Monica (or another attorney) briefly regarding his ability to see his son that weekend. In fairness to Cindy, she may have perceived my son as being difficult or disrespectful, I can't say since I wasn't there. In any event, my son emailed Cindy later that day and apologized for his behavior.
In the morning on the very next business day, Cindy told my son that the firm suddenly (over the weekend) had acquired too many clients and was no longer able to take his case. This is hard to believe and frankly, insulting. If they didn't want him as a client, then fine. But have the decency to tell him the truth. Don't hide behind a lie. Immediately thereafter, I called the firm twice and both times Cindy was there and wouldn't speak with me even though I made it clear that confidentiality was a non-issue because this was about taking on a client, not the facts of a case (my son had already agreed to sign a release anyway, since he wants me involved in his case).
This website has many stellar reviews, which was part of the reason we initially wanted to engage this firm. To be clear, I have no idea what, if any, involvement Monica had regarding our "issues" here, and therefore, I don't want to unfairly criticize her. But anyone considering using this firm needs to know about our experience with Cindy, the office manager. And it was not positive.
For context, this is the first online review I've written. I am a senior executive for a large, public company, and routinely hire and oversee national law firms as part of my job. In summary, Cindy's conduct was unprofessional and reflects poorly on the attorneys she supports. This is no way to treat prospective clients.

: All Family Law Group represented me in my recent divorce. Their staff and attorneys were confident, knowledgeable, efficient, and quickly responded to my phone calls and emails. In court, the judge commended my attorney, Ginger Dugan, on her preparation and presentation. I agree. Ms. Dugan and the staff made the unpleasantness of divorce happen as painless as possible. She kept me informed of everything that was going on through the whole process. During mediation, she kept me relaxed and made it as pleasant as it could be. I highly recommend this law firm.

The All Family Law Group assisted me in the adoption of two children. Throughout the entire process, I found the staff to be professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. Furthermore, the staff always kept me informed of the progress of my case, either through electronic media or telephone calls. In short, the staff simplified an otherwise difficult and complex process for a nominal fee. I would not hesitate to use this firm again and I would strongly recommend the group to any of my friends or acquaintances. If your looking for a family law attorney, look no further and schedule a consultation. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

The entire staff kept in constant communication, always keeping me up to date if Danielle herself was not available. When I envisioned legal representation, this was what I had in mind.
Truth be told, by the end of the hearings... I've never wanted to hug someone so much!
