I recently settled an injury claim from an auto accident. I was in the NB far left lane 1.75. Traffic was at a stand still. A young lady drove right into my rear end. We waited for a good 45 minutes for a trooper and in that period of time my head started to hurt something fierce. Many, many doctors later, chiropractors, x-rays and physical therapy it was determined surgery was necessary to fix the herniated/bulging disc in my neck. THEY ARE NOT AMBULANCE CHASERS! I never knew of them due to never really watch commercials, I use a DVR to watch TV and skip commercials. They were referred to me by a family friend. I was in a bad accident 4 cars. I called them next day after accident. They sent a attorney to my home next day. Explained process to me very well due to this was my first time having to go thru this nightmare. Two days after that Bill Winters called me and introduced himself and went over any questions I had and wanted to make sure I was OK. The first nightmare they handled for me was my truck was only a week old less than 1000 miles. The insurance company ended up fixing it. The diminished value could not be calculated due to so new. Bill Winters and Lauren went to multiple companies who deal with diminished value and made sure I got the max over $10,000. They did not even take a attorney percentage. i received 100% of the diminished value. Since there were 2 other people that were involved not including the at fault driver who hit us there were limited funds that we had to share from the insurance company. My back was hurt and had to have surgery. The insurance company wanted to settle with all 3 drivers quick because Bill Winters was smart in being the only attorney to file a law suit on my behalf with the at fault driver in addition to the insurance company. We went to mediation within 6 months of accident. Bill Winters ended up coming to represent me. He was absolutely brilliant compared to other attorneys. He ended up getting me the maximum of the policy compared to the other 2 drivers who did not have as good of attorneys. My medical bills were high and would take most of the money. Bill went above and beyond and guaranteed me a large amount, paid it as soon as they got it by Lauren driving to my house and delivering it personally. As medical insurance pays my medical bills down they will give me additional funds. If they do not pay Bill is paying it out of his fee. I was referred to them from 1-800-ASK-GARY. I didn't do my due diligence, I looked at their ratings, was above a 4, so I hired them. Initially, all seemed well. They referred me to "Physicians Group" for care. After reviewing Physicians Group's billing, I recognized multiple charges that were false. Winters and Yonkers refused to help me to resolve that. The lawyer actually got an attitude with me about it. He advised that they had nothing to do with that and I had to take care of that on my own. Needless to say, they refer you to "Physicians Group" because obviously, they work together. Physicians Group exhausted all of my PIP ($10,000) and then tried to get $4500 of the at fault driver's PIP. Winters and Yonkers attempted to insult my intelligence by saying they talked them down to $2500. I know better. Now, I'm actually reading the reviews and I can see that the high ratings are not actually written by clients, it's a scam. They don't care about their clients. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWFIRM!!!! THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES!!!!!!!

I waited two and a half years and couldn't even get my attorney Patrick Brannon or his assistant Shayla to set up a mediation in the county where I live and fell. They don't like to take or return phone calls in a timely fashion until you are forced to harass them. If there's not big money in it for them they don't care to work very hard for you. In the end I caved to a very small settlement and still the doctor and attorney received more than I did. Terrible!!
