After having to call for a few days, then playing phone tag for a couple more, was told they didnt think my issue was worth very much and not beneficial to them because they work off contingency. Then after asking if they can point me in the right direction, she asked for my insurance policy number and plan book, then when I sent that I got an email back stating that they didnt handle this type of situation. I emailed back asking again to be pointed in the right direction, they completely ignored me! Finally found another attorney worth my large savings account since this one seemed to assume I was low class and too poor for their services!
