Dale Swope and Casey Gartland have been amazing with my case. They were able to get an answer from the homeowner and insurance company for me in my injury case when NO other law firm could. They are persistent and know how to get the job done. Unlike most law firms they also keep you informed of how everything is going. I would definitively use them again if I ever need to and will recommend the firm but especially Dale Swope and Casey Gartland to everyone.

My son was severely injured on his motorcycle when he was hit by a driver who turned into ongoing traffic and smashed into him and his motorcycle. I saw him after the crash and it was one of the worst days of my entire life! I saw him bedridden, I saw him in excoriating pain, and I saw him think his life would never be the same. It was a terrible experience for a mother to see their only child go through something like this. I didn’t know where to turn so I went to my friend Wendy who works at Swope, Rodante P.A. and she set up a meeting between the firm and my son. I could tell that they weren’t your typical billboard attorneys, they were different – they cared about my son’s well being.

Stephanie Miles, Brandon Cathey, and Casey Gartland worked on my son’s case and they truly worked so very hard! When it finally came time for the trial, they were all laser focused on the task at hand, which was to get my son justice for the dreams that were shattered when he was hit by that car. When the trial was over justice had prevailed, and it’s absolutely all because of the hard work and determination of Stephanie, Brandon, and Casey along with the rest of the Swope, Rodante team. They were amazing, caring, compassionate at our time of hardship. Life will never be the same for my son, but the team worked hard to give him hope on a new future.

Our working relationship ended with Dale after he won our case, but he continues to be a fixture in our family, and I consider him a lifelong friend based on the attentiveness and dedication he showed to me.

One of the worst decisions of my life was to come to this law firm. I was to say they just bout ruined my life and if not more. But I will post a more comprehensive review somewhere where it can be seen by way more traffic.

Let me first say that this is an Unsolicited Review! Frankly, it was the least I could do to demonstrate my Heartfelt Thanks to the Attorneys and Staff from the law firm of Swope, Rodante P.A.
A couple of years ago, my Husband, Son and I were in a terrible Motorcycle accident. As a result, my husband’s injuries were serious enough to the point that he found himself confined to a bed. And of course, as with any severe accident resulting in injuries, we were in need of suitable representation. Well, fortunately enough, we didn’t have to look very far.
Our first consultative visit with Swope, Rodante P.A. occurred right here at our house in a living room converted to a bedroom so as to accommodate a hospital bed and other items necessary to promote recovery. And it was on that very day that a solid and bonding relationship was forged.  
Let me tell you, from the receptionist to the Attorneys, they were a genuine, down-to-earth and caring team who were above board and welcoming. When we didn’t know which way was up, they kept our spirits high with a positive focus. We never worried that something wasn’t being taken care of, and they were all quick to respond to our inquiries right to the end.
Bottom Line: They Fought for Us!! And They Never Gave Up Hope! They actually felt the wrong that we were dealt, and they pursued justice as if we were part of their family.
Mind you, it was not an easy case, and it took almost 2 years of unbridled perseverance to settle. And we weren’t looking for the world, we just wanted some relief as the whole incident took a toll on our family, both financially and emotionally.
If you’re looking for representation from a firm that employs terrific down-to-earth people who are honest and genuine, and are not solely focused on the almighty dollar, you need not look any further.
