Hired this firm after a car accident. My niece had used their services several years ago and was quite happy with their handling of her case. So far so good, but it is a very long process.

Dropped my case after a whole year yanking my chain talking about we’re almost finished settling time after time .He is unprofessional and can never pick up the phone . Going to Ask Gary cuz Matt you were no help thankx for whistling a year of my life and telling me to rack up hospital bills I can’t afford.

I had a great experience being represented by Mitch Espat and the results exceeded my expectations. Prior to finding Mitch, several other attorneys told me that I had a very difficult case and very low chances to win. Mitch took my case despite this and from the very beginning he was very thorough, professional and caring as my lawyer. Some years ago I had a car accident and I hire a Matt Law Firm. Particularly, Mitch Espat represented me and he did literarily a lousy job. Besides, that I had several injuries, the brain injury no one never mentation and plus I lost my knee. Moreover, the law firm occasionally would send me a newsletter which triggers my illness. They are so annoying with that. I do not like to see it in my mailbox. I could go with a long list of wrongdoings. I would NEVER, NEVER recommend s law firm. Please, people, be aware of this office.

A couple of years ago the Mitch Espot represented my case. He did very lousy job. There are so many things wrong, so many. For instance, later on, I find out that I had a brain injury, concussion, and much more. The worst is that no one NEVER mentions to me and still suffering a great deal. I will NEVER EVER recommend this law firm. NEVER

THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: I hired this law firm a few years ago after being involved in a rear end collision with a semi-truck. I watched the YouTube videos and felt comfortable with hiring the firm to represent me. I signed for them to represent me and met with Matt, (that was the last time I saw him and nearly the last time I spoke with him). I was assigned to one of his attorneys that was nearly impossible to get a hold of, and it became my job to contact his assistant seemingly daily. I would send documents multiple time and provide the same information countless times. At the signing table I was assured that they would take my case to court if they needed to, and they would have no quarrels about arguing in court. Needless to say, once I rejected the final offer and time arrived to complete interrogatory the attorney handling my case cautioned me about wanting to go to court because certain biases and the risk of loosing it all. I WAS LIKE IF YOU FEEL THAT WAY WHY DIDN'T PRESENT THESE NOTIONS WHEN I WAS SIGNING? If I had of known that I was able to change attorneys and not have to provide an additional compensation, I would've two months into the process. I ended up just settling on the final offer because I no longer wanted to deal with the firm or the attorney that I had. I've been rear ended twice since they represented me, and I didn't give hiring this firm a second thought.YOU CAN'T PAY ME TO HIRE THIS FIRM AGAIN. Do your own research and know that if you're disgruntled and don't approve of your case progress you can hire different attorneys, and they'll have to split the original agreed upon compensation.

Once they have your mailing address they'll continue sending you the firm's flyer which is so irritating.
