I highly recommend Mike Braxton for every DUI case. I found this firm online and decided to call them given the positive reviews I had read. I dialed the number on a Sunday morning not expecting anyone to answer outside of regular M-F business hours, but to my surprise Mike Braxton answered. Everyone makes mistakes, but this is not a mistake you want on your permanent record- especially being a college student that didn't graduate and has a whole future ahead of them. I was in tears as I dialed his number, and it was hard to let out words because I was in complete and utter shocked of my mistake, but he calmed me down and spoke me through the whole process. I blew a 0.183 and a 0.176 which is well above the legal limit. I honestly thought I was doomed, and I thought had ruined my entire future as I was leaving jail with those two numbers printed on my criminal affidavit. Flash forward to my court date, and my life is back on track. All I have to do is complete a 12 month probation which can be reduced to 6 months if I finish all of my requirements early (community service and interlock). To makes matters even easier, I only had to show up to court once. I was only there for 2.5 hrs which included: 1) the time it took to reduce charge, 2) get set up and wait to meet with a probation officer, and 3) meet with the community service officer. I cannot be more thankful Mike was able to reduce my charge. He was very knowledgeable and caring about my individual case. If you've made a mistake, reach out to Mike and get your life back on track because your DUI does not represent who you are as a person.

In July of 2019 I was pulled over and arrested for DUI with a BAC of .15. I had never had any legal troubles in my life and I was nervous and had no idea of what to do or what to expect. I was arrested for multiple DWIs with serious bodily injury two of my tickets were Felonise. I was charged with a DUI/DWI with severe bodily injury. I was not drinking when I got into the accident, nor had taken any medication. I refused the tests when I arrived at the hospital because I had a massive concussion, and couldn't even remember who the POTUS was. No one contacted my emergency contact, they just started asking me questions. The police got very aggressive with me because of the refusal. They took my license, and said I was being charged, but not completely under arrest, and let me leave the hospital. I then spent 4 hours walking around Clearwater, Florida looking FOR MY CAR. I had no idea what had happened or where I was. I finally found a gas station, and had them call me a cab. I had blood all over my shirt, and running down my face. The hospital should of never let me leave in the state I was in. It took me over an hour to find my house considering they took my license and I couldn't remember my address. I was excused from work for a week because of my two black eyes and broken nose.
I then found Parks and Braxton's website and made the call, they got to work immediately on my case. They found several errors and discrepancies in the police reports and the hospitals reports.

Mike Braxton was referred to me from a friend after successfully getting his DUI charged dropped a few years earlier. From the very beginning Mr. Braxton and his assistant "Leo" were very helpful and patient. He walked me through the entire process and told me step by step everything I needed to do in order to get my life(license, job, etc.) back on track as soon as possible. I was in the midst of changing jobs while this process was going on. I was informed by my new employer that they couldn't hire me until my court case was finished. Because time was of the essence I asked Mr. Braxton to call the prosecutor and just accept the DUI. Later that SAME DAY Mr. Braxton called me back and explained that not only did he get it done but he also got them to drop the DUI charge to reckless. Then he got my court date moved up about 3 weeks earlier. Parks and Braxton are highly recommended if you get yourself in the unfortunate situation of having a DUI charge. They have connections in pretty much every county in the state of Florida. I have had two DUI charges in the last 10 years in two different counties and Parks & Braxton had them both reduced down to a reckless. The first one was in Hillsborough and I blew over the limit and had a solo minor accident. We brought a breath test specialist in and found descrepincies with the machine that was used to take my BAC and the D.A. decided to drop the charges down to a reckless.. The second was in Pinellas and I refused to blow because of the circumstances and the firm presented the D.A. with the evidence or lack there of and they reduced it to a reckless as well.. Very educated on the laws in the state of Florida especially pertaining to DUI charges. Highly recommended!!!
