I want to share with you my experience working with the Tripp Law Firm. Since I can be a little long winded, I will start at the end and say, in the future if I ever have another need for an injury attorney, Alan Tripp is the ONLY attorney I would call. If you would like to know why please read on.
Every person working at the firm deserves a 5-star rating across the board. They were professional, personable, available, responsive, knowledgeable and very helpful. From my accident to the settlement it took a year and a half. During that time, I had 3 surgeries, multiple MRI’s, lots of pain and physical therapy, along with lots of great advice and guidance from everyone at the firm. Also, during this time, I feel that our relationship transformed from Attorney and Client to friends.
In the beginning I had no idea what steps to take, but two things I knew for certain were, I did not want to deal with the insurance companies on my own and I did not want to hire one of the big firms, because I felt I would be nothing but a number to them. So, I searched online for an attorney and read a ton of reviews. I liked the reviews on the Tripp Law Firm and the personal attention people said they received from everyone at the firm. I only saw one review that was negative. The person that wrote the negative comments, profile said they had reviewed somewhere around 45 other businesses. Since their review seemed to conflict with all the other reviews of the Tripp law firm, I read a handful of their other reviews and realized they did not have hardly anything good to say about anyone, so I did not place any value on their opinion. I decide to call Tripp and set up an appointment to talk.
The day I met with them I felt I was in the right place, so I hired them. From that day on every phone call was answered or returned in a very short amount of time. (This is very important to me because, that is how I operate my business.) I had plenty of questions (I recommend you ask plenty of them as well. The more you communicate and listen, the better the results will be for all concerned.) My questions were answered in depth. There were a couple of tough decisions concerning my medical needs during this time that had to be made. I am certain that Alan and his people’s knowledge and his ability to explain all my options with consideration for the potential long-term consequences, lead me to make the best possible decisions.
This was a challenging time in my life, having the people at Tripp Law helping me, made it so much less challenging. The settlement was everything I realistically expected. I am very satisfied with it.

I had a car accident that resulted in a neck injury. My chiropractor recommended Tripp Law Firm, and I could not have been more pleased with the service I was provided by Tripp Law. Within a day of contacting them, Patrick contacted me to set up an initial visit. Patrick actually came to meet with me at my chiropractor's office to make it more convenient for me. He was very patience and detailed as he explained what I could expect over then next several months. The symptoms of my injury were numbness, pain, and dizziness, and it soon became clear that chiropractic was not helping me to improve. Patrick set me up to meet two different neurologists and eventually a neurosurgeon. As each doctor suggested a new treatment, Patrick was always available to give me his opinion and to help guide me to make the right decision. At one point, it became necessary for me to visit a doctor hired by the other driver's insurance company. Not only did Patrick prepare me for this visit, he met me there and video'd the entire examination! Patrick was never more than a text message, email, or phone call away, and I was always made to feel comfortable with contacting him.

Ultimately it was determined that surgery was going to be my best option. Once again, Patrick guided me to make the right choices along every step of the way leading up to the surgery. I'm glad to report that the surgery was a success, and I am now 99% healed!

Tripp Law, and especially Patrick, stayed with me from the beginning to the end, and I ultimately received a settlement that I was more than pleased with, and that I felt fairly compensated me for my pain and suffering. Alan Tripp is an easy-going and down-to-earth guy, and at times I felt like I had known him all my life.

I don't write many reviews but when I do it is because it merits special attention. My daughter and I were involved in a high speed, rear ended collision. I have used Tripp Law firm twice. I’m thankful for the peace of mind that I’ve had since I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company. Gary was my contact and he was very communicable and pleasant and always ready to answer my questions. My case was handled quickly and I was very pleased with outcome and thankful for their help, again!

Recieved a phone from these guys because of my negative review. They just keep making things worst. Why would you call a potential client with an attitude because yoyr upset with my review.
Not once did you try to rectify the issues, only continued to tell me i was wrong and thats not how it works, until i ended up hanging up on the guy.
I find it very hard to believe these guys have any positive reivews, unless their giving discounts for a positive reviews.
In my short experience with Tripp Law Firm i have delt with nothing but disrespect, misspelled emails, and a rude phone call.

Very disappointed. As a business, first impressions are everything.
Was refered by another lawyer about 1 month ago. I havent heard from tripp law firm until today about 1 month after they were sent my information. What i received from them was an email pretty much insulting me, saying that they've been trying to reach me but cant.

I haven't received one text, phone call or even an email from these folks until today. Very unprofessional, in my opinion. Also many words were misspelled in the email to me, which make it go directly to spam folder. Please use spell check before sending emails

I have used Tripp Law Firm on more than just one occasion and I more than just satisfied. They keep you in the loop of things and up to date. The whole crew is very nice. They don't need 100 billboards every 25 blocks the intelligence and experience speaks for itself and you will notice that once you hear the confidence they bring to the table for you. Every member of that office works very hard hard for their client and you will definitely see/feel that I know I did. This is like second nature to them. Several days after my accident I was still in pain. I reached out to the Tripp Law Firm. On the same day I had a meeting scheduled. After our meeting I felt assured and relieved that I didn't have to deal with the other party in the accident, doctors and the insurance companies. Tripp Law Firm had a team (Ian, Ryan, Patrick) of folks to assist me along every step of the way. I cant imagine the headache I would have had if I didn't make that telephone call.
